Spring Break 2025

Even though PCB was insane during this time, the condo was lovely, clean, well appointed and perfect for our family. The host was extremely easy to contact for any issues. Thank you.

Spring Break 2025

Overall we had a good time. The host had great communication and was very prompt with responding. Unfortunately the unit was quite dirty and more run down than the pictures show. We also had an issue with a neighboring unit having the fire alarm sounding for three days and nights of our six day stay. Also this resort is more on the southwest end of town and it seems from our previous stay in Panama City Beach two years ago that this end of town is louder with a more party atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay...the only real complaint was that there were no wristbands in our room to get to/from the beach and our stay was too short to really look into a solution.

Condo was big! And glad there was no glass tables! Cleaning crew not that great, but if your like me I clean everything and mop. 😝 our Host was amazing! We had an issue with the code and fridge and she jumped on it and got it fix! Customer Service 100% Kitchen had everything you needed. Even a crock pot! Which I love! Plenty of cook ware. Over all it was a great unit and enjoyed our stay Thank you!

Great experience

Overall the stay was great! Beach access was easy, pool access the same, and restaurants and shops all within walking distance. There were a few minor hiccups that were promptly corrected by the property manager. Her communication made they whole experience better.

Super Clean! Very Convenient to Beach!

Niki’s condo was very clean, well-stocked, and convenient to the beach. We had plenty of beach towels and a couple of beach chairs to ensure a good time without even leaving the property. Speaking of the property, we appreciated the fairly strict rules and conscientious staff. The view off the gigantic balcony made it feel like we were truly in paradise! Beds were fairly comfortable, which is very important to me. The kitchen had everything you need to make a nice breakfast. There were even decent knives to help make you chef up a wonderful meal. No time to make breakfast? Hop down to the condo lobby for delicious donuts and coffee! Having Walmart close by made grocery pickup a breeze! We enjoyed a day at St. Andrews State Park, which was a bit quieter than the resort beach and so beautiful! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in Niki’s place again and again.

Property was great! Love the decor of the place. Pool is great! Only thing i would update the tv's in the condo. We couldnt really watch anything but slide show of information. Would have been nice to watch something at night when coming in to wind down.

July 4th week

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly like stated. We got to check in early and the owner was very easy to communicate with. The resort was very busy but was expected during the week of July 4th.

Family Summer Trip 2023

We’ve stayed at the same place in PCB for 15 years. We decided this year we wanted to try something different and something bigger!! The condo met all of our expectations and we will definitely be returning. It was very clean, spacious and we loved cooking and hanging out on the beautiful balcony at night. Niki (property manager) was very efficient and responsive to any questions we had. If you’re thinking of staying at Shores of Panama you will not be disappointed with this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Security from hell

Horrible security, most unfriendly staff. Ridiculous rules and inconsistently imposed. Beautiful pool. But boring because you can’t toss a football or ball. No type of floats, they literally took them from people. But not all the time sometimes people could and other times they couldn’t. Security acted like they were regular police. So snobby. Staff was not helpful. This is a nice place but never again.

Gorgeous room, Beautiful view, Amazing location

Comfortably fit our extended family of eight. Well equipped kitchen, including crockpots, Pyrex, skillet, and all we needed to cook for our family. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Full size washer and dryer! Cleaning utensils and supplies to keep room looking beautiful! Our host was prompt to respond to any questions we had. The condo is located on the 5th floor, so we gladly to the stairs when the elevators were busy. Parking spot was conveniently located, also on the 5th floor. Resort offers a gorgeous, large U shaped pool, with grill, bar, and other offerings near the pool. All steps from the beach. Security and resort staff were visible and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!!

Overall good experience. Unit was clean and accommodating. Check-in and out process was simple. Same floor parking was great although tight parking garage. Elevators were clean and fast but can have some wait time turning peak hours. Nice place and we would stay again.

Beautiful pool, breathtaking sunset and overall location

Hands down on of my favorite condos so far in PCB. The balcony looks over the beautiful pool, out looks the beach. The sunset is beautiful from the balcony. Just so relaxing. Very nice condo!! Will rent again.
