Two week PCB World Series stay

The host and condo were excellent. We really could not have asked for a nicer place. Down side....the elevators stayed broken the entire two weeks we were there with only max of two of the three working. Most of the time we were down to only one off and on. Parking was difficult as our vehicle was too tall for the fifth floor parking deck which was shorter than the first four floors. (That info was not given until the check in docs were sent-that was on me not to ask) There was no accommodation for that by the attendant. Overflow parking accross the street was full most of the time. My biggest issue was that the attendant let cars park in the overflow that had no reservation tags. We were not the only ones with issues with that. Constant parking problem. We did love our room! The parking and elevator issue had nothing to do with our host.

Perfect!

This condo is everything one could want while staying in Panama City Beach!! It was very clean, well stocked, and Greta's was very easy to communicate w. The staff on-site are so nice and helpful too. The location was perfect. I have nothing bad to say about this place!!

The condo was great, with plenty of room for two adults and two teens. We could have easily had additional guests comfortably. The condo was clean, and there was definitely sand and such on the floors, but I have lived in a beach town, and it is nearly impossible to get rid of all the sand! The teens said the two double beds were comfortable. The master bedroom bed was incredibly soft- like way too soft. Old creaky joints don't appreciate a bed you completely sink into...but it wouldn't stop me from renting the condo again. There are plenty of nearby restaurants that you can walk to. The beach was beautiful. We were there during a spring break week and the police were plentiful- we never felt unsafe. The parking garage was a bit tight, but we didn't have any issues finding our parking spot.

The Best Place I’ve ever stayed

Book this place and you will not be disappointed. This has to be the best place I’ve ever stayed in. The view you wake up to is priceless. The place is nicely decorated and very secure. Looking at booking it again soon.

Absolutely wonderful!

We’ve stayed at many places on different beaches. This has been the best, most convenient out of all. Absolutely beautiful, awesome balcony, washer/dryer, pool/hot tub & right on the beach. Loved everything about it. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Fabulous

The porch is the most relaxing place! Many late nights talking drinking wine and playing games. Beds are very comfortable and the shower pressure is wonderful. It was very clean and the manager was very helpful. Well stocked kitchen too. Thank you for a great week!

Always stay at Ocean Reef. The last two stays were managed by Greta’s Beach Rental and were very clean. They are also quick to respond to any need or concern. Great vaca!

Nice Condo

Very clean condo! Everything you need is there. Lots of storage all over the condo. Hooks to hang stuff on . Nice laundry room with beach chairs and boogie boards . It was nice everyday to have the beach chairs and umbrella at the beach . Same assigned parking spot the whole time . The decor was very cute and beachy. The balcony was the BEST! Lots of room and the view was amazing. We definitely would stay there again . Julie and family

Review

This was one of the best condos that we’ve ever stayed in. We felt like the condo was just impeccable. And the king size bed was so comfortable! That was one of the best balconies we’ve ever gotten to enjoy. It was so secluded. The view was stunning! And it was so nice having our own designated parking spot. The only thing I think that there could be that was slightly annoying was just the elevator situation - which isn’t the condo owner’s fault! We would just say to be prepared to wait - especially if you have a wagon you’re taking to the beach. One day it took us almost 20 minutes before we were finally able to get on the elevator.

Perfect Family Get Away

This condo was EVERYTHING we could have wanted for a last family vacation before sending the oldest off for college. The location was amazing 😍 We LOVED setting on the deck and enjoying views in the afternoon and evening when we were relaxing. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that even sand toys, extra beach chairs, and boogie boards are available inside the condo, in addition to the 2 lounge chairs that are waiting at the beach each day. We WILL be back!

Fabulous Property

My wife and i wanted to stay close to the Seabreeze Jazz Festival and chose this beautiful place to stay and we were not disappointed. The place was exactly how it was described online. This week be our new place to stay on the next trip. No need to look any where else.
