good & bad
property was beautiful. Bad- got locked out on the beach after dining at the on site restaurant. I followed a group out to the beach to walk back to my room. The codes (2) in my email to open the locked gate were not correct. I had to climb over the fence.I am a 68 yr old woman. Called to have fan in bdr fixed. Unusable due to the blades hitting the glass lite fixture. No hot water in kitchen for 3 days. man finally came & turned a switch under the sink. sister took garbage out ( she is73). Was locked out when she got back. low battery on keypad they said. cheap with supplies. 2 full baths but soap & shampoo only supplied in one of them?? when we called the # listed for help I was told my name wasn't listed. They don't come for privately owned places. Emailed the owner - reply a cpl days later by an unknown person. Also wasn't aware of checkout time. Cleaners came while we were still there. Got a threatening text shortly after saying if we weren't out immediately they would charge me for a whole day after I texted & told them I was sorry & we were packing up right away. What are your thought on the quality of our stay?
