The condo was immaculate, very inviting and cozy, and had the best view!! Got to see dolphins swim by everyday, and a manta ray! It was so convenient to be able to just take the elevator down to the beach, and it’s only a short distance from all of the things to do downtown. The beach wasn’t too crowded and the water was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my three boys for vacation! If you’re on the fence I highly recommend staying here!!

We could not have enjoyed our recent stay more. The condo was beautiful and comfortable and the location and views were excellent! The check in and check out process was so easy and really appreciated how responsive the property managers were to questions.

Great stay

Everything was just as the listing said. Extra clean, the whole space smelled amazing the whole week. Beds were comfy and the view is unbelievable. Will stay here again.

Nice condo

Overall a nice condo. For the price, some of the furnishings are worn and need replaced. Dryer and fridge need maintenance. The table on the balcony is too large and dangerously close to balcony, scares me for a small child.

Needs Work

Love staying at the Palazzo but 1708 fell short. Not enough wash cloths. Had to request extra. Guest bath only had one light bulb out of three working. One over the vanity and bulb over the shower burned out. Toilet in the master bedroom needs repair. Only one lightbulb working in the master closet. The guest bedroom on the west side gets extremely hot during the day regardless of how cool you set the a/c temp. There is not a remote for the tv in the master bedroom. In the kitchen there were only four forks. There are not enough pots or a frying pan for cooking. We had to go buy a frying pan. I would have loved to give 5 stars but sorry, not this time.

Terrible experience

Stayed in this unit in prior years, but this year was terrible. No access to amenities including pool and hot tub. Balconies were not accessible due to building painting, lessee claimed they notified us but did not, maintenance was in our room multiple times due to building painting, very inconvenient, owner claimed they would make it right but have not to date. Very inconvenient and unacceptable.

I’ve stayed in many units at palazzo and love this facility. This particular unit is on the west end and usually the nicest units. Unfortunately this unit wasn’t as nice as others I’ve stayed in. The couch was very stained and worn, the coffee table is covered in water rings( no coasters available) the big sliding door to the balcony has a broken latch and a piece of metal that falls off every time you slide the door open. The worst thing is there are no curtains or blinds on all the glass in the den, it’s the west end unit, so when the sun is setting, the room is blinding. The den tv isn’t a smart tv, but the bedrooms are. There is no kurig for coffee So none of this is the end of the world, this unit just needs some TLC to be up to the level of other units in this facility Something not related to this unit, palazzo has always been a quiet, relaxing place to stay. Guards frequently came by the pool area to make sure things were safe. This year was different, there was a group of adults, drunk, loud , and obnoxious… they ran everyone out of the pool area. I never saw an attendant during my entire stay.

Tvs didn't work.. some lights didn't work ,, some curtains didn't roll back ,, door lock to outside was broken ,, seal on main door was not wide enough heard a whistle all night and day long from the wind

Proceed with Caution

Check with the facility itself instead of the property management company on if amenities are open or not. We specifically needed a place with a pool for our kids. Once arriving onsite, we were told by other guests that the pool has been closed for MONTHS (since November 2022, we booked February 2023)! Management company first said they were unaware of this pool being closed at all but then later said it was scheduled to be re-opened after construction finished the week we were checking in. We got zero use out of the pool and ended up going off site and spending more money to keep kids entertained, as they don’t like swimming in the ocean 100% of the time. Construction finished and the pool opened late morning/early afternoon on our very last day. I would be skeptical of booking with this management company just for purely not disclosing such information at the time of booking. What else would they not disclose going forward? Oh! And for the trouble, they offered a small refund. Have yet to see it and they won’t respond to me any more. Renter beware!
