The property itself needs a lot of updating. The sofa bed is basically just springs, not very comfortable. And there were a few things already damaged when we got there (small things) but that didnt stop the fun! Overall it was a very nice place and a very easy check in and out process!

The place is nice. Needs to be updated to make it look more modern. Location is good because it’s close to a lot of things. Cleanliness really needs to be worked on. Besides that, it was a good stay for what we needed it for.

We came for my daughter’s birthday and loved everything. The room was clean and well prepared for guests. The property is across the street from the beach and the view was great.

Fall Break 23

We were skeptical after reading some of the reviews but decided to try anyways because of location and cost. Family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. The property was great for our family. If you are looking for luxury then I would keep looking. If you are looking for an affordable place with great views and easy access this would be for you. The furnishings are definitely dated but we had plenty of room. The bunks were great for 2 of the boys. Bottom bunk big enough for our 15yr old. He’s almost 6’ and fit just fine. Air conditioning super cold and they had plenty of towels and toiletries. The view perfect for what we wanted. Easy check in and parking. We would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for something clean and affordable this one is for you.

Dirty Condo

Upon arrival, condo reeked of marijuana, floors were dirty and sticky, hairs were still left on sinks in bathroom and the top of the refrigerator looked like a chia pet (we have pictures to prove all of this). Management stated house keeping would come back, they never did (I asked them to review video surveillance to prove they didn’t come back). Dryer was broken but a small credit was given to me for that. Terrible condo, terrible experience and terrible response time from Vacasa. Will never stay again. Also be careful to make sure you deal with a homeowner vs Vacasa management.

Our Family Trip to PCB

We loved the location and the condo. The dryer was a squeaky one and the toilet rubber stop needs to be replaced in the master bathroom. We had to fix it every time we flushed the toilet, so it wouldn't run all night. Other than those few things, it is a great location and beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. We had a wonderful time.

Our Visit

We had a wonderful and much needed family vacation. The condo was neat and very clean. I wish that we would have had a better view of the ocean. It looks closer in the picture. The walk to the beach was still pretty long for my little boy with CP but we managed. Over all I would still give it 5 star!

Great location and nice unit

We loved the unit, it was spacious enough to not be on top of each other, kids loved the bunk area and the balcony with a great view of the gulf. I never could figure out the Roku but I am sure that was a user error. We did have an incident of my son slipping in the tub from a slick bottom, we notified the owners and it’s been documented. We also had a miscommunication about parking but Vacasa did their part to rectify the situation. Other than the bed in the master being extreme uncomfortable and hard, we enjoyed the unit.

Marijuana smell was so strong

When we arrived to our room, it smelled so strong of marijuana that I thought it was just smoked inside the room. It continued to be this strong intermittently throughout the day and night hours. I complained to guest services and security. Ultimately, they said there was nothing they could do, as they believed it to be an owner next door. I then spoke with my booking representative who suggested I buy air freshener or go knock on the door and ask that they stop. I explained we were 2 adult females with 3 teenage girls and I was not inviting that kind of trouble. The representative told me she would call me the next day once she could figure out what to do. She NEVER called. It was horrible customer service and the quality was not acceptable.

Worst ever!

Totally unacceptable.! Check-in process left us in the lobby for 45min. Didn't receive a code to enter unit prior to arrival. Found lock and door damage. Anyone could enter with a pen knife. None of the TV's were in working order and no internet service. No keenex or extra toilet paper. I asked for a safe secure unit to be transferred into. They had all evening and the next morning until noon to respond. We were not putting our vacation on hold for another day and decided to book somewhere else. The offered an apology for what happened and we left. this was a total failure on Grand Panama City Beach to not check the unit before we arrived.

Early summer vacation

When needing to change details the response was slow but apologetic for delayed response. Check in after 6 pm was via Scan QR code on your phone or IPAD with security guard ( not receptionist) tried 2 times with QR get almost done hit the next button and it erased everything to start over then go to IPAD and In required response of how many children 0 was not an option

The property was clean and well kept. In the beginning I was confused as to where you checked in but finally found the desk in tower 2 where we stayed. Only a few minor issues with our condo but left note for owner or housekeeping.

Early Birthday Getaway Trip

The property was nice, everything was so convenient, the parking, elevator and the condo was on the beach, I would suggest painting the walls, or a little touch up paint, but other than that, the condo was great.
