None working TV no customer service

The condo itself was spacious and nice but the tv’s were outdated and did not work with no remotes . I called customer service for 4 days and could not get any help . One bedroom did not have a tv at all which can be hard when you have kids. I felt alone with no help. They also charge 50.00 for parking which is crazy . This condo is not on the beach it’s across the street and you have to walk over.

When we arrived we were shocked to be greeted by a foul odor. Smelled very strong like a mixture of a dirty dog and some kind of smoke. Upon looking around the unit we noticed lots of carpet stains and multiple spills that went uncleaned. I found hair on one of the towels as well. My family and I had to sanitize the unit ourselves. The concierge could not help us when we thought we were short on towels they just said call whoever you booked through.We did end up finding extra towels under the sinks. We planned on cooking most of our meals in the unit. The skillets were very small so we had to go and purchase some. We also had issues with the unit door not locking. We were able to get that issue resolved. Once we got through the initial issuses we did enjoy our stay. The view was amazing. We caught a great view of the sun setting! The water was gorgeous!
