Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort 2BR/2BA Sleeps 8 Stay & Play is located in the Golf Villa section of Edgewater, on the 2nd floor. The resort age requirement to rent this unit is 25. All guests must register at least 48 hours prior to their arrival at Edgewater Beach Resort. The registration fee ($50) includes one vehicle access pass and the use of most resort amenities. Additional passes may be purchased when registering.

Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, "Stay & Play" is a fully furnished 2 BR 2 BA condo located in a quiet 24-hour secured community with direct beach access, a golf course, and a lake fountain view. This coastal 2nd-floor unit villa recently underwent renovations and is truly exceptional! The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite full bathroom, and the guest bedroom has a queen bed, as well as a queen/queen bunkbed, and an ensuite full bathroom. Relax and unwind on the covered master patio while watching the turtles, fish, and beautiful water fountain right outside your living room & master bedroom door. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen also features a full-sized washer & dryer in the pantry closet.

The Beach and all amenities are within walking distance or a short ride in the complimentary tram service. Beachside, you'll find a spectacular 11,500 sq. ft. Lagoon Pool with 4 beachside Hot Tubs and multiple Sun Decks. The property has a total of 11 Pools for your convenience. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kid's splash pad is available for an additional charge as well.

Recharge at the resort's beachfront restaurant, Ocean's Bar & Grill, which offers poolside dining and room service. Paradise Pizza, Blender's Poolside Bar, or at Edgie's Beach Corner Market, featuring Starbucks, Ice Cream Parlor & Bakery. (Small shops are seasonal).

The resort has a nine-hole, par-three executive golf course is located in the Villas section of the resort. There are 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf. The fitness center features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing, and stair master machines. The game room offers video games and there is volleyball on the beach. Additional fees may apply for certain resort activities such as golf, tennis, racketball, etc.

Spend some family time at the Arcade, Splash Pad, or Sky Trail Rope Course. Pamper yourself at the Spa and Beauty Salon. If sports and fitness are your passion, you can enjoy a round of golf on the Par 3 Executive 9 hole Golf Course, a game of Tennis on Plexicushion Courts, Pickleball, Basketball, or play some shuffleboard. The Club offers a great workout at the Fitness Center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment. Extra fees may apply.

Summer entertainment includes Beach Bonfires, Hermit Crab Races, Photo Scavenger Hunts, Beach Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Sound of the Conch Sunsets, Dive-in Movies, Steel Drums, Poolside DJs, Karaoke, Polynesian Fire Dancers, and more!

The resort also offers a hair salon, gift shop, health spa, massage therapy, and free tram service for the entire complex.
Your vacation rental is professionally cleaned and maintained. The housekeeping and laundry service is managed directly by Carla Singleton, of Azure Properties. We follow CDC guidelines for cleaning your vacation rental prior to arrival to help protect against Covid-19. We disinfect all high-touch surfaces. We clean all hard surface floors with high-temperature steam mops. Our laundry is sent out to Gulf Coast Laundry for high-temperature washing, 100% sanitized! Once our housekeeping staff finishes cleaning and disinfecting, our cleaning supervisor audits and checks everything again.

Our maintenance crew keeps all properties in top shape. Keeping you safe and healthy is very important to us! We are available by phone or text 24/7, so call/text at any time you have questions, issues, or comments!

*All guests must register at least 48 hours prior to their arrival. The primary guest (person whose name is on the reservation) must be at least 25 years old and on property for the duration of the reservation. The registration fee ($50) includes one vehicle access pass and the use of most Resort amenities (some Club amenities require an additional fee). The registration fee is required whether the guest will have a vehicle or not. Vehicle access passes will be provided by security upon arrival. Use the left lane and provide your name to pick up your pass. The resort charges a convenience fee of $25 to guests who fail to register with in 48 hours of arrival. Amenity Armbands will be in your condo upon arrival.
