Staff was great. Tiki bar great. Pool area nice and clean. Room a bit outdated and never got housekeeping services for a whole week -after multiple requests. We gad to ask for clean towels and soap etc multiple times at front desk. They did give some of the resort fees back to compensate. Overall good for the price.

The bathroom floor was stained,the balcony door knob came off.. the heat in the bedroom was very loud like an air mattress blowing all night.. I have always loved the Beachcomber and Ive stay many times.. but this was the worst and no assistance on anything not even a partial refund.. so unfortunate

It’s a shame that the rooms are in the condition they’re in, because the hotel’s location and the ocean view are very good. The staff is very nice, but it’s not a place I would stay again or one I can recommend.
