This was our third year staying in the Water’s Edge neighborhood, and this was by far our favorite house yet! We stayed with two families and six young kids, and it was absolutely perfect. The home had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and the layout made it easy and comfortable for both families.The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach — and the private heated pool was a huge hit with the kids. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to beach towels, bikes, and two reserved beach chairs (with the option to rent additional ones).Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish; they were friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless. We’ve stayed in Water’s Edge multiple times, and this home truly stood out. We would absolutely love to return!

Beach vacation

This house had everything we needed for two families - four adult adults and five kids ranging from nine months to 13 years old.The layout of the house was very efficient and the heated pool was incredible. Even though it is not directly on the beach, it was an extremely short walk to get there.It was great being able to walk everywhere we needed to go in Rosemary and Alys.Would definitely recommend.

Easily slept 10. Location to beach and village center was great. Pool was good to have because the beach was closed for 3 days due to high waves. Kitchen was outstanding as was the grill outside. Good to have since eating out with 10 is a challenge with nobody talking reservations.

Property lays out well. Great to have an additional ice maker. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms are comfy. Would be nice to have one bathroom that is a stand alone bathroom. Gas grill, patio area, and pool are great. Living room furniture - very comfortable but needs new slip covers or cleaned.

Great property by the beach

Phenomenal in every way!

Located only about 50 feet from the beach and just two blocks from the main part of town, this property is perfect. Was great for the two families that stayed there and we actually had a few other families staying in the same development which made it very fun. The property itself is on great shape and finely appointed. We will be back for sure.

Family New Years Trip

We had a wonderful trip at Casablanca! The property manager made sure our pool was already heated upon arrival-our kids were thrilled! The grilling area and pool area are great! Having the outdoor refrigerator is a plus for outdoor beverages. Inside the house did not disappoint. It’s a perfect floor plan for large groups. My only recommendation would be more seating in the living area. Our property manager was quick to provide assistance with a couple of minor issues. We look forward to staying here again soon.
