**St Thomas MOA requires parking fees to be paid to them prior to arrival by website link or when you arrive at the complex by scanning QR code. Website link will be sent after booking. These fees are in addition to any fees already paid to Signature Destinations. Parking Fees are Automobiles $23.33 per vehicle, Motorcycles $11.85 per motorcycle, and Boat Trailor Parking and Boat Dock Access $287.62.
