Lovely hotel but very German orientated. The bed was very comfortable with nice memory foam mattress. Everywhere was clean and the hotel smelt lovely. The spa area was a godsend as the weather wasn't great. Easy beach access via a few steps. Or wheelchair access from the other side. Central location to walk to both Ca'n Pastilla and El Arenal or get the little tourist train. Breakfast was good, with a fantastic selection of food to chose from. Staff were all lovely and very attentive. Quiet at night. Pool and terris area is very nice, with a good selection of sun loungers. The Balinese beds are so comfortable but you need to get there early to grab one. They are free but can be reserved within a package. My only complaint is that the reserved signs were put on 3 of the Balinese beds 2 days in a row but they were never used. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Very enjoyable stay.

Great family hotel - hotel had been refurbished so everything was in great condition. Only issue was fitness room was very basic and buffet after 10 days became a little reparative (although food was great)

lovely staff, Always on hand - knowledgeable and helpful. Arrived very late sandwiches and a drink in the room - Room overlooking the sea was really appreciated. Food in 'half-board' deal was excellent - fresh with lots of choice - would stay here again for sure.
