The Nancy

My wife and I had never been to Palm Springs before. Neither had my parents so we got a vacation together. We felt very indecisive on what to look for in an vacation rental. But this house checked all of the boxes. We spent every evening in the pool. This property was also within walking distance of downtown. But still being far enough outside of it to not be bothered by it. The neighborhood the house is located in is very quiet. It was plenty spacious for the whole family (5 of us total) The kitchen was perfect and allowed us to save some money by cooking meals at the property. All in all, I highly recommend the property 10/10.

The Nancy was nothing short of Iconic!

So many things to love about this great vacation home away from home. Beautifully decorated with so many fun touches of nostalgia. Kitchen was stocked with every item we ever would have needed for cooking family meals and enjoying many poolside days. The nice clean BBQ was appreciated too. Beds were very comfy. Well stocked linens and towels. I also cannot express my gratitude enough for the fact that all bed linens and towels were free of harsh scented detergents. That is a huge bonus and a standard that all vacation rentals should follow so thank you for that attention to detail. We spent endless hours outside enjoying the pool/spa. The spa jets are awesomely strong btw! The mountain views are stunning. The yard is so pretty with hummingbirds to watch amongst the citrus trees and all the greenery surrounding the yard makes it feel like your own private oasis! So many great spaces to sit and relax, enjoy a meal outside or to sit and visit by the fire table. The casita with the pool table and piano was such a fun place too! Great location to downtown Palm Springs. Only downside for us was that we couldn’t stay longer! Poolside Vacation Rentals was so helpful and always quick to respond with any question we had. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us for an enjoyable family vacation!

Perfect for us

Traveled to Palm Springs with our immediate family and grandparents. The house was perfect for us. One of the bedrooms is separate from the main house (attached but not accessible from inside) which worked well for our situation. Property was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. Very close drive to the convention center and restaurants.

B-Day Shred in PS!!!

The property was just as described...all the downtown action was just a mile away. The layout was perfect...everything was great! Also, the property management team was fantastic! Followed up with the Super Bowl snacks and even dropped off some dishwashing soap! Will try to rent again soon...

Splurge on luxury

This property is not cheap, but it is worth it if you're willing to splurge. The host were gracious and left us treats upon our arrival.The pool and hot tub are amazing, especially the hot tub. It is very hot, which I loved, and has the most powerful jets I've ever experienced in a hot tub! By moving from jet to jet, you can give yourself a deep pressure massage. Inflatables were provided. The decor inside the units was glamorous and a bit sexy. The entire properry was immaculately clean. It is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood of Palm Springs just across the street is The Dry Tahquitz Canyon riverbed, where you can hike down the trail in either direction. If you hike away from the mountains, there is a wildlife preserve, and we were delighted to observe a bobcat hunting gophers. .

5 day getaway with friends.

The property was in a convenient location. Not too far from downtown Palm Springs but away from any crowd traffic or noise. The property itself is decorated very nicely and has many different seating areas depending time of day or function, which we appreciated. Many located to be just out of the sun direct rays but still allow socializing. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect as well. The management was great a communication via text. Will stay again.

Beautiful home near downtown Palm Springs

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 3 -bedroom home. We did have one issue with the air conditioner not working in one of the bedrooms on the first night which made for an uncomfortable evening, but the property management co. sent out an AC repair team to fix it the next day. With record heat it made a huge difference in enjoying our stay here. The kitchen is well stocked for entertaining, although there were a few items like placemats and utensils that should be replaced, everything else was outstanding. Lots of little entertaining spaces in this home around the property that we didn't utilize but looked welcoming. Love the privacy of the home with the option to close the front gate. Also enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Palm Springs, museums, etc. The pool area was very clean and we enjoyed the views of the mountains in the mornings and bird watching before it got too hot. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this property to friends and family and look forward to booking it again in the future.
