Beautiful Mid Century Modern House!

Yearly trip to Palm Springs with friends and this house is amazing! We loved the attention to detail and very cool location. Highly organized and easy to use house. Look forward to staying here next year.

Wonderful House For A Birthday!

We celebrated my husbands birthday here with a group of friends and couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house was so cute and perfect for the group. A great place to host and right in town. Loved every minute of it! Would definitely come back again and again!

Amazing home

The house was beautiful and was stocked with everything you would need. Super clean, and very well appointed. The rental company was 5 star all the way and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Experience

The house and the property management company exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect layout for our family and the actual space was larger than what we expected by just reviewing photos online. The house was equipped with everything you could need. The condition of the house, pool and landscaping is excellent and it is all well maintained. There were a couple of minor issues with the house we encountered during our stay (as you might expect); but Acme House Co was extremely responsive and were excellent communicators.

Quintessential Palm Springs home

Beautiful mid-century modern in the lovely Deepwell Estates area of Palm Springs. Close to everything, but you may not want to leave. Primary suite right off the pool and 3 other well-appointed bedrooms make for comfortable and private living for families or groups. House is well equipped with all the supplies you need to cook and eat in. Outside area is fabulous and also well appointed. Subtle Brady theme within adds to the fun. Our third Palm Springs rental and the best with only complaint being Palm Spring's noise ordinance, which these homeowners obviously have no control over. The zero-warning nature of the Palm Springs noise ordinance makes it very intimidating to fully enjoy the outside anywhere in Palm Springs. But this is clearly stated and known before renting. That said, this was one of our favorite homes we have rented anywhere.

Good house, needs some upkeep

Overall a very good stay. The property was extremely clean and well organized (no clutter or excess junk in kitchen cabinets, etc). Beds were very comfortable. It's starting to show signs of wear and tear, especially the carpet in the primary bedroom which was severely stained and buckling in places. One little glitch is that we had no water when we checked in (the landscapers were working on a pipe and did not coordinate with the management company). We were also without water for an hour the next day, but stuff happens. Also, one of the chaise lounges ripped through when we sat in it. The management company said they would bring a loaner but they never did. The pool area was a little cramped but there was a very nice firepit and good furniture. For the price point, pretty solid choice overall. Would probably look book something a bit more expensive next time for a more luxe experience.

Just as advertised

The house was a great set up for us, first as a couple, and then as a 3 generation extended family. Plenty of space, a good layout, nice outdoor area, and fantastic location (but we are already predisposed to like Deepwell). The house was in good condition and well outfitted, right down to the welcome coffee and kitchen basics (e.g., a very well stocked collection of seasonings). We had only 2 nits, but one was addressed very promptly. The heater for the pool/spa wasn't working, but Acme was very responsive and it worked great once fixed (which was welcome because of the unseasonably cold weather). Second, the grill was great but we had to buy a grill spatula because the house had none. Like I said, nits that were resolved. I would say that we "would" rent this house again, but in fact we already "have" reserved it again for a month next year. I guess that says it all.

Amazing Home! Marcia delivered

Wow! What can we say.. what an amazing experience. The house looked just like the photos and was impeccably stocked with everything you need. Great neighborhood close to downtown and the airport. Huge bedrooms and we loved the overall vintage vibe of the house. Check-in process was smooth and it was very easy to request early check-in and late checkout. No issues during our stay.. highly recommend staying here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, I nearly peed myself with all the Brady Bunch photos and references. I have to meet the person who designed the house because we are probably related I the humor department. Loved the Brady touch, and Alice's photo in the laundry room, priceless. On another note, the house was lovely, spacious, comfy beds, and the kitchen was fab with plenty of cookware and adorable outside glasses for our Aperol's & endless vodka martinis. We always use ACME when we visit the desert usually 3 times a year, wouldn't change a thing. Loved the record player too, the Monkees. and Sinatra was played throughout our stay. They also had Purple Rain ( my fav album )!!!

Great house, ok property mgmt

The house is great! Exactly as shown.. and our stay was great. The pool had issues the whole time and we spent too much time chasing property management company - it continues after the stay. They are only proactive if things are going well. Highly recommend the house!

Not only was the property in a nice neighborhood and in wonderful condition, but it was filled with great amenities! We love to cook and the kitchen had all of the tools/gadgets we needed (including great chip clips!), plenty of dish towels, and great serving dishes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. All rooms had smart TVs that made for fun movie watching in the evening. Would definitely come here again!

5 Stars Across the Board!

This home was beautifully decorated, had a well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, amazing pool and hot tub, awesome bbq area, and the list goes on. It is also a great neighborhood. We rented bikes and didn’t drive once. You can tell the owners really thought out the experience of their guests. Highly recommend!!! (I also had two littles with me - ages 2 and 4, and It was toddler friendly, no sharp corners or breakable items around the house. The doors locked and beep when opening so I wasn’t concerned about them getting to the pool without my knowledge).
