When we First checked in nobody at the front. Had to yell for somebody to come. We went up to our room and they gave us either the wrong key. Or a key lock that did not work because we could not get into our room. Had to go back down to retrieve another key. And there was nobody in sight for at least 15 minutes. When I went to take a shower, there was hair on the wall. Clearly, not cleaned at all. For a few extra bucks, stay another place.

Close to the airport.

I stayed only one night. It was what I had expected. I was flying from Palm Springs airport that's why I chose this hotel as it is very close to the airport. I left my car in the parking lot for a week (for a fee).

Elevator does not work. One of our guests just had knee surgery and one reason we chose this property was because it is listed as having an elevator. There were no rooms available on the first floor and we were told we could not have a refund immediately in order to book at a different hotel because it was past 6pm and we would have to contact Expedia directly.. She had to climb 3 flights of stairs as a room on the third floor was the only room available. Things happen but a courtesy call and immediate refund would have been appreciated as we had been on the road for 14 hours upon arriving at 8pm. Brian at the front desk was very apologetic and helpful (as much as he could) with going up the stairs ahead of us to make sure the room was ready (key card works, lights and ac turned on and anything we needed already in the room to save trips) so for him we are grateful but the entire situation could have been avoided had someone called us ahead of time.

This hotel was great! It was very affordable, clean, and had great parking. The kitchenette area was also helpful. But, the highlight was the staff. They were all very friendly, and even gave us great recommendations for things to do. Thank you to Mike and the rest of the staff for being so welcoming! I highly recommend this hotel.
