Bienvenido a la casa que llamamos "PS Oasis". Es un hogar cómodo, de buen gusto y acogedor. perfecto para las vacaciones o escapada de Palm Springs.

Entrarás a la casa e inmediatamente te enamorarás del plano de planta abierto. Con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, un exuberante patio trasero con piscina refrescante y reluciente, esta casa seguramente satisfará todas sus necesidades.

La sala de estar ofrece asientos cómodos y una chimenea solo agregará más ambiente en los meses más fríos de invierno.

La cocina es perfecta para el cocinero casero o el chef aficionado. Hay una nueva estufa de 5 quemadores con horno de convección. La cocina está bien equipada con ollas, sartenes, platos para hornear, electrodomésticos y más. Hay muchas piezas para servir para entretener al hogar y hacer que cada comida, dentro o fuera, sea especial.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king y controles deslizantes directamente al patio y la piscina. Las habitaciones cuentan con camas queen.

El lote es enorme para una espectacular vida al aire libre. Fuera del comedor, está la terraza cubierta con capacidad para 6 personas, señores (para el verano) y una parrilla de gas natural. No hay tanques de propano para intercambiar en esta casa. Tumbonas, sombrillas, sillones reclinables, una función de fuego ... incluso una práctica hamaca completan la experiencia de descanso junto a la piscina.

Este hermoso alquiler de vacaciones está a poca distancia en auto del centro de Palm Springs, con sus numerosos bares, tiendas, restaurantes y galerías de arte. Otras atracciones de Palm Springs están igualmente a poca distancia en automóvil, desde los casinos y juegos de azar de la zona, hasta los balnearios de renombre mundial, el tenis, el golf y el teleférico de Palm Springs.

Racquet Club Estates es un vecindario principal de Palm Springs. El barrio es rico en arquitectura e historia. Cabe señalar que la ciudad tiene ordenanzas sólidas que se aplican estrictamente. Wonderful house with excellent management!

Lovely mini retreat

Our family and friend stayed at the Desert Oasis for several nights during our kiddo's spring break. Communication with the property managers Rob and Brad was excellent. Our check-in went smoothly and the house was tidy. The kitchen can use a few necessities (cheese grater) and more crockery as we had to hand wash our plates between meals. Also, the old teflon frying pans are unusable. Ultimately, we enjoyed our visit, and will likely return!

Perfect

The house and outdoor area is just as advertised: beautiful and fun. Lots of outdoor seating helped make the outdoor space so inviting and useable with loungers, a hammock, a table with chairs, couches and floats for the pool. Also, pool, hot tub, fireplace, and gas grill makes for a comfortable spot no matter what the temperature. The kitchen is well appointed, and the rooms spacious. Even the artwork is perfect for the vibe of the house. Close to downtown. True that there is some air traffic overhead, but truly not many planes during the day It did not detract from our experience. Management was quickly responsive by text to our few questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Great house and backyard-an oasis

The positives: The house was clean and well appointed and the outdoor space was great. Pool, hot tub etc. were perfect. I would recommend paying for the heating of the pool. The negatives: House instructions were lacking in the booklet (no instructions on the fireplace, the wifi password was incorrect, etc.), Couldn't lock the front door, Conversed with the property manager upon arrival and then texted him a couple of questions on the first day and never heard back until check out so that's not great.

We had a great time. The back yard is as pictured, a desert oasis. Management was super quick to address needs. Rooms were spacious. Location was great. Kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely recommend.

Fall Break: Pool, Spa, Fire Pit & Palm Springs!

We had great stay. The house was everything we expected. We arrived late, so Brad left us notes/instruction so that we could settle in. He then stopped by the following day to walk us through all the nuances. The house is in a great location, close to Grocers, Loco Charlie’s (excellent Mexican food), a local donut shop, tennis and DT Palm Springs. The backyard is an awesome retreat from morning to late night. The kitchen/pantry is well equipped for prepping meals and cocktails. Pick a lime or lemon and prepare a drink to enjoy with grilled steak, salmon or whatever. The built-in Weber grill and outdoor prep area was a big plus. Thanks to RelaxPS for for a great experience!

Awesome getaway

Perfect place for 3 couples to get away for a long weekend. Would be great for a family, too. Everything you need to enjoy Palm Springs. Nothing is more than a 10 minuted drive away. The pool was even heated! Every detail is thought of. We'll be back to stay with Relax Palm Springs again!

Amazing back yard

We really enjoyed our stay. Back yard was amazing with nice sized pool, natural gas Weber bbq and hot tub. Loved the fresh grapefruit and lemons. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of spices available. Fireplace and outdoor fire table were great touches especially with the cool evenings.

Cute House!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The beds are comfy, the backyard is nice and the pool was really warm. One thing to note is that the house is situated on a flight path, so there are plenty of planes flying overhead, but it didn't bother us. The only negative was that our check out was at 10 am, but at 9:20, there was someone standing in our kitchen waiting for us to check out. That seemed a little aggressive and unnecessary. We didn't plan to linger, but it would have been nice to pack without someone standing there waiting for us to get out.

Great updated house and backyard. The yard is beautiful.

Everything is beautiful - we spent almost all of our time outdoors. My only comment is that the Jacuzzi tub is too hot, the telephones do not work and the bedside clocks don't work either. We had a great time and everything was exactly as advertised.

A comfortable, clean, well equipped home with a lovely back garden landscaped with desert plants.

We enjoyed this home for its comfort and its convenient location. Easy access to roads leading us to shops, restaurants and great hiking trails. As with most neighbourhoods in Palm Springs this area does experience aircraft noise. Jonathan and Relax Palm Springs staff were professional and helpful. Definitely will book through Relax Palm Springs for our future visits to Palm Springs.

Great house location in Palm Springs

Really enjoyed our 1 week stay in Palm Springs staying at this great house. Even though weather was a bit cool in the morning we would get up and turn the spa button on which would warm the hot tub up in 5 minutes and we were swimming in the pool at 8 in the morning, even though temperatures were in the 50's but the pool was nicely heated. Everything you need is in the house from washer, dryer and complete kitchen. TV was very easy to use and they even have Netflix which was great. Scott and Jonathan were extremely helpful with all sorts of tips, even to the point of texting them during our stay for advice and having them get right back to us, the house is conveniently located to get into downtown Palm Springs in literally a 5 minute drive, so if you want to stay in the real Palm Springs, this is the place to come to. One of the best desert oasis

We stayed at the house for a family trip. Scott was very accommodating and understanding. Our biggest thing was finding a place that would accommodate our big dog and I am glad I found this place. The house was nice and clean. Backyard was amazing and the misters really helped! It was overall a good experience and we will defiantly return!
