INTERIOR

This bright condo is adorned with comfortable furnishings that are perfect for relaxation and entertaining. The living room boasts a spacious sofa and a large TV, creating an ideal space for enjoying your favorite shows and sports. The dining table is designed to comfortably seat 6 people. Both the living room TV and the master bedrooms have cable service and streaming services. The other TVs in the condo have apps for streaming. The kitchen features a convenient breakfast bar and has been recently remodeled. It is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. You can easily access the front patio and back patios. Additionally, the kitchen features a small breakfast table. Guests have access to a full-size washer and dryer, and the property offers parking space for 1 car in the garage.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main en-suite includes a king bed, a 46-inch Smart TV, a ceiling fan, a spacious main bath, and closets. The en-suite bath has dual sinks, a shower, and a tub. Guest bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bath with a shower and tub combination, and a 42-inch Smart TV. The front guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a large closet, a 42-inch Smart TV, and dual nightstands.



EXTERIOR

The spacious and private entry facing east features a small 4-person bistro table. The back patio features a dining table for four, 3 burner BBQ, and sectional seating with a fire feature on cooler nights. This unit is located on the second floor and delivers amazing views of the mountains and golf course. The unit is located 200 feet from the community pool and spa. A super short walk to enjoy a nice swim!



THINGS TO DO!

This unit does not include access to the clubhouse amenities, golf, or tennis. Guests are welcome to use clubhouse restaurants. Desert Falls County Club is located 4 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 10 miles to Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals), 18 minutes to the Living Desert, 25 minutes to Palm Springs Airport, 2.5 hours to San Diego, L.A. and Disneyland.

An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
