An interesting house...a lot of problems
This home, if not for all the little issues we had would have been perfect for our family's get together. But, unfortunately, the little issues we had, and we had lots of them, from check in to departure were plentiful.
Fortunately, the management company was very responsive to each and every one of them.
The property has a couple of shortfalls that one needs to be aware of when they stay there, for example, the house runs on propane, individual 2-gallon tanks all over the outside that feed into the stove, fireplaces, water heater. When they run out, as they did during our stay...no range to cook on. (We moved the tank from the BBQ to feed the stove).
Additionally, the house has inadequate pool seating. For a house that holds 13, there were two chaise lounges and two chairs.
On a positive note, the game room was fun for our group although the TV didn't work, and the shuffleboard needs to be leveled for it to be played on.
When we checked in the trash containers were half full. By the time we checked out they were overflowing.
People need to be aware that the gourmet kitchen is really not. Very small with 1/2 of a dishwasher, wine cooler broken, no wet bar as mentioned in the write up.
Lastly, the house has been poorly maintained. Parts of the outdoor patio cover is falling down, the awnings providing shade around the pool and patio are ripped and torn.
