Fix the elevator

Overall, this hotel was fine with good amenities. But they need to fix the damn elevator! One elevator working for four floors of guests was not enough. At certain times, there were lines of guests waiting to use the elevator, especially if they had lots of luggage. I tried to use the stairs once and ended up outside on the sidewalk.

Bathroom Light continued to blink on and off. Both elevators were down, forcing us to utilize the stirs all the way up to the 5th floor. The emergency signage was not 508 Compliant. The front door to the hotel room was stuck on itself, and literally had to be pushed in... This was an experience...

Beautiful hotel, very spacious rooms, great location and easy parking. My only complaint is that the kitchen, which is part of the bar, has completely awful food… We ordered three different menu items and not a single one was edible. And on top of that, they have the nerve to include a mandatory 18% gratuity, even for takeout food. So not only that I have to end up getting other food elsewhere because it was so bad, but I was forced to give a tip for absolutely trash food.

No pool but overall good time!

Online with the booking it showed / listed a pool. We came with young children for a birthday and that was the main highlight of the stay. Unfortunately the hotel did not have a pool although online there is a photo of one online.

It's a fine hotel, nothing special. The worst part about the hotel was the lack of daily housekeeping, and the elevator wait. Probably 20-25mins in the morning to go up or down since one of the elevators was out of order.

I got double booked for the room I payed for with a city view on the top floor, so they moved me to a room that had a beautiful view of a white wall instead with no discount.

Great location. Breakfast was great and room was excellent. Only issue was only one elevator working in the hotel. $ 30.00 per night parking for guest was a bit too high!

The only issue i had was that there was a loud car outside of my window driving around at random times during the night on both nights i was staying here. I couldnt sleep through the night both nights cause of that. I dont know if its the position of that particular room to the street so maybe it always gets a lot of street noise or maybe i was just unlucky this time around and someone with a loud car happened to be staying near the hotel or at the hotel either way i wasnt able to get peaceful sleep.
