Master bedroom has queen-size bed, 2nd bedroom with queen-size bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds - all on the second floor.
Washing machine, dryer and fully equipped kitchen will leave all your worries behind.
Located in a safe, resort style gated community, end unit townhouse.
1 Parking spot available and lots of guest parking.
Property has a wonderful clean gym on site, playground, tennis and volleyball courts. There are lounge chairs, tables, hot tub and a huge recently renovated heated swimming pool surrounded by palm trees.
The location is perfect for quite rest and also for entertainment. Everything you need is close by.
Palm Beach outlet mall is just few minutes away by car . City Place is 5 miles away. It offers many options for fine dining, great shopping, movie theater, night and comedy clubs.

We enjoyed our stay
We liked the condo and would stay here again. The location for access to highways for our outings was good. My only comment is that the online pictures of the pool areas were not representative of the pool area.

Disappointing
Place was tiny. Although none of them were major, too many things were broken or didn't work (gate fob, trash can lid, coffee pot lid, 4 light bulbs, bathroom sink drain) no cable TV (though some streaming options). Grounds were trashy. Workout room was a joke. Pool was nice, but while the space around the pool could have easily handled 40-50 lounge chairs, there were only 9.

The unit was nice, a bit of a musty smell to begin with, but that improved as the week progressed. Did find some ants in the unit. Pool was very nice. Quiet, gated community. Workout facilities were outdated. Sand volleyball court was in disrepair. Tennis courts looked like they had not been used in a while. Minimum 15 minute drive to beach. Outlet mall and good restaraunts nearby.

Not near the beach.
The condo itself was very clean and nice. When I booked the property the website said it was on Singer Island. It was no where near the island. The property was not near the beach at all. Overall, it is a very nice place with very comfortable beds.

Family Getaway
The condo was just as described and was perfect for our family. The owners were quick to respond with all communication before and during our stay. They were extremely helpful with recommendations on places to visit. The real bonus of the condo was the printer. My husband and I both had to work remotely while we were on our trip and having that printer in the condo was a huge bonus.

Good location
We liked the condo and its location is great for getting to highways and good restaurants. But, the pool wasn’t heated and the hot tub didn’t work as advertised.
