INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

The villa is divided into two sections: a main house and an annex, providing a variety of options to meet different needs for privacy and comfort. Inside the main house, guests will find a cozy living room with a stone fireplace, while a fully equipped kitchen offers the possibility to prepare delicious dishes with fresh local products. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds (equipped with ceiling fans). The annex, characterized by a bright open space, has a double bed and air conditioning, providing additional sleeping arrangements for extra guests. A separate bathroom completes the amenities of the annex, making it perfect for guests who desire more privacy.

Two verandas, one in front of the main entrance and one at the back of the house, offer ideal spaces for relaxing outdoors, enjoying alfresco meals or sipping an aperitif. The true jewel of the villa is the large panoramic patio on the roof, from which guests can admire a spectacular view of the Maddalena archipelago, providing unforgettable moments and breathtaking sunsets over the islands of the Maddalena Archipelago.
