The Residence Palau Green Village, 500 meters from the center of Palau, consists of apartments made of typical Sardinian stone, immersed in well-kept gardens. The apartments can be on the ground floor with a terrace or on the first floor with a balcony. The footpaths inserted in the green lead to the central swimming pool. The beach, just 150 meters away, is surrounded by a dense pine forest, ideal for picnics and long walks, and overlooks the beautiful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena.

The residence is only 500 meters from the center of Palau and its services: restaurants, supermarket, bars and shops. It is possible to book breakfast, which will be served in the residence's bar. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. included in the two-storey car park in the hill area (parking outside the designated areas is prohibited, otherwise a surcharge of 20.00 euros per day will be charged, which will be deducted from the deposit; parking service 20.00 euros per week, to be paid on site)
