Ottima esperienza

L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno. Comodo il parcheggio privato davanti all'appartamento e ancora di più i due supermercati a pochi passi di distanza. La sua ubicazione permette di godere di una buona ventilazione che invece manca giù in paese e della vista sulla Maddalena. La zona è silenziosa. Raggiungere il centro a piedi è fattibile anche se la strada in salita al ritorno è un po' faticosa. Ho apprezzato molto anche la flessibilità degli orari del check-in e check-out. Lo consiglio!

La scelta di soggiornare a Palau e in questa villetta è stata vincente , ottima la casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato e ringrazio il sig Andrea proprietario della casa .vicinissimo un supermercato quasi di fronte la casa 50metri , un bel parcheggio privato .

Siamo stati ospiti del sig.Andrea dal 13 al 27 luglio. L'appartamento corrisponde pienamente all'annuncio.il sig.Andrea è gentilissimo e disponibile. L'accoglienza in loco è demandata ad una famiglia del posto ,a mio parere in questo senso si potrebbe fare di meglio...un po di attenzione in più non guasterebbe.ma tutto sommato vacanza bellissima,la posizione dell'appartamento è strategia e con stupenda vista mare.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato a Palau per una settimana. Che dire, posto meraviglioso, appartamento curato e super comodo, vista splendida e quartiere tranquillo. Ottimo il parcheggio personale posto davanti all'appartamento con tanto di cancello. Il centro e il porto distano 10 minuti a piedi, supermercato letteralmente dietro l'angolo. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci il prossimo anno!!

Tutto perfetto!

Semplicemente siamo stati benissimo! L'appartamento è molto carino, funzionale e comodo. Lo abbiamo trovato pulito e attrezzato con ogni comfort (lavatrice e lavastoviglie in primis), molto comodo come posizione per andare nelle varie spiagge. Il centro di Palau è tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi, oltretutto a 50 metri dall'abitazione c'è un supermercato, ma ce n'è un altro poco distante (non più di 200 metri). Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile e pure la signora Giacomina, che ci ha accolti, si è dimostrata molto disponibile. Siamo stati super contenti!!!

Cinque stelle non bastano....

In effetti quello che viene offerto è molto più di quello che viene descritto dal proprietario. La casa è in condizioni perfette e oggettivamente trovare un difetto è impossibile. Mi preme sottolineare la vicinanza di due supermercati (uno a meno di 50 metri), dettaglio che ha notevolmente semplificato la logistica e l'organizzazione delle giornate. La gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari è fuori dal comune. In fase di pagamento abbiamo avuto notevoli problemi con Homelidays perchè non ci veniva accetatta una carta di credito senza darci spiegazioni. Nonostante varie telefonate il problema non è stato risolto. Siamo riusciti a trovare una soluzione solo grazie al Sig. Andrea. Un solo piccolo rimpianto: 15 giorni sono stati davvero troppo pochi. Grazie infinite. Un abbraccio a tutti voi.

la signora Giacomina ci ha accolti in modo splendido la casa è pulita e ben tenuta oltre che spaziosa e attrezzata. molto gradevole il barbecue in giardino per grigliare. posizione riservata e tranquilla in cui si gode di un bellissimo panorama. tutto come nella descrizione, le comunicazioni col proprietario sono state rapide e chiare.

tutto come descritto

la casa è grande e accogliente. il panorama è splendido e tutto corrisponde alla descrizione. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. La posizione è strategica perchè in pochi minuti si possono raggiungere tante bellissime spiaggie. è stata davvero una vacanza piacevole e rilassante, se ne avremo la possibilità torneremo sicuramente.

La casa è perfetta e molto funzionale. Il centro di Palau non è distante e si gode di una bella vista dal giardinetto. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile, insomma da consigliare!
