We have stayed here 3 times. Service is great. Location amazing. Unfortunately they are unable to keep up with the maintenance and their ability to upkeep with the progressiveness Pachuca is having. They showed me two different rooms and both floors were cracked and chipped. Hallway carpets dirty, mold in bathroom, safe was broken and usable. Will not be booking here again sadly.
