Convenient & Cozy

Location perfect for the hot springs pool, right across the street and the perimeter trail, right behind the property. A quick drive into town for shops and restaurants. Everyone slept great and we had such a good time.

Great spot, perfect location and incredible view

Stayed here for a ski trip. The place worked out perfectly. Spacious, clean, plenty of kitchen amenities and right across the street from the hot springs. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location, spacious and well appointed

Great location right across from the hot springs. Great view of Ouray looking down Main Street Really enjoyed the “Sun Room/Enclosed Patio”. Not much happening in Ouray at the time. But still could have stayed longer.

Perfection!

Wow! We have stayed in a bunch of rental properties in the last several years. This one was absolutely the best overall. The location was outstanding; easily accessible, and so close to all the cool things that the Ouray area has to offer. The kitchen was well-stocked, and perfect for cooking big family meals. We loved the layout: Great bedrooms and bathrooms, Fireplace and lots of room to relax in the living room and sunroom, two-car garage….. I could go on and on. We plan to stay here again soon.

A little slice of heaven!

This condo was absolutely AMAZING! It was very clean and very well stocked. The location is amazing. You can walk anywhere in town in no time at all. We had no issues at all. We hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you for the amazing opportunity!

Quick getaway with family

This was perfect for our son’s family, my husband and myself. It has stunning views and is an easy walk for 2 toddlers to Ouray Hot Springs across the road. Kitchen set up with plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking. Room to spread out and quiet bedrooms for youngsters’ naps. Easy walk up Main Street to eat out.

Fall Get Away with Friends

Best Ouray Townhouse

We loved the beautifully decorated townhouse. It was very convenient to get everywhere from the townhouse. The size fit our group very well. The hot mineral baths across the street was wonderful! We hope that if our travels bring us back to Ouray, I hope that we will be able to stay here again

Perfect location

We loved this condo in Ouray. The location was perfect … right beside an entrance to the perimeter loop trail and across the street from the hot springs and fish pond. It was quiet and everything was as pictured. Communication was great and the check in and check out was simple. I would stay here again if ever in Ouray.

Property was very nice. Location was excellent. I suggest a care and use manual be provided for all appliances and TV. Maybe there was one but I could not find it. TV in bedrooms would be an improvement. Overall an excellent property.

Family Time in Ouray

This home provides such a great space for a large group like ours. Plenty of bedrooms and everything we needed for our getaway. The location is perfect - close to hikes, hot springs, shops, restaurants, and you can’t beat those views. Everything was clean and ready for us. Highly recommend.

Million dollar views!

This place has the best views of the town! You can drink your coffee and see the million dollar view without stepping outside but feeling like your outside! Absolutely amazing! Love this place! Love the town

Great Townhouse

This house comes with everything you need. Comfy beds, a cozy front room with a beautiful view of Ouray and the best location. The house is stocked with lots of supplies, games and videos. The kitchen has every appliance you need to cook and many condiments and spices as well. We loved that the hot springs are directly across the street and town is just a short walk. Plenty of towles for everyone and even beach towels for the hot springs. This was our 3rd visit to Ouray and we can't wait to stay here again.

Condo is clean and cozy... has a well stocked kitchen....very comfortable for our family of eight....has a large picture window with a beautiful view of the town. Management was very receptive to our needs. We had a great time in this beautiful little town of Ouray. We will stay there again for sure!
