Excellent location but there is some highway noise. The house was nice and we loved the jetted bathtub, but there's no shower upstairs. Good outside access to the house and deck, and we appreciate that it allows dogs. Very nice neighborhood and neighbors, and a great place to walk your dog.

It was c cute, quaint little cabin perfectly located outside of Ouray and not too far away from any major attractions. It is on the older side and that came with some typical problems like the toilet clogging after every use, and the water filter on the fridge not working. Overall, would stay there again.

Cute but dated cabin. Beautiful views, quiet. Plan to bring ear plugs and eye mask if you sleep in the loft, it’s wide open to the lights and sounds below.

This is a beautiful place with plenty of room. It is close to Ouray, and it has enough parking for us. We had two pickups with trailers, hauling two jeeps, and we had room to park the jeeps once we unloaded them. We spent most of our time on the trails, but when we got back, we enjoyed not being crowded. It is pet friendly, but our dog does not like the wooden steps. Lol! Luckily she is little. Huge laundry room too!

This was our first out of many trips we were disappointed with our booking. It is difficult to stay somewhere there are few blinds and the windows that did have blinds they were completely see thru. It makes it hard to sleep. There were many items of the house that felt uncomfortable. Having laundry in both the washer and dryer is strange. It was like coming home to where someone lived vs a vacation rental. Very outdated. Old appliances that did not work well. Would not recommend. :(

We very much enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Nice view of the mountains from the front deck, wall of front windows and the loft. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood and lots of space to walk our dogs. We watched deer from the back upper deck each afternoon. Peggy (owner) was super nice! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Ouray

This house is adjacent to another house yet was very unnoticeable. Everything needed for a family is available in the home, and everything worked properly. My only concern is the lack of response to email s via VRBO for check in verification prior to driving 2000 miles. However, once in the home there is a very good summary of necessary info. I would definitely recommend this location for couples and families looking for quick access to incredible hiking and ohv trails.
