Great location

This home is across a parking lot to the hot springs pools, so the location is perfect. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. My only suggestion would be to add pool towels.

Great place to stay!

We stayed in this place to go Jeeping for a few days. It was very clean and perfect for us. No AC but the master suite had a great cool breeze. Small room units in the other bedrooms. We walked the river walk next door and also went to the hot springs.

Mountain views galore!

Townhouse was clean but dated. We managed the four floors but some people might find it challenging. The balcony overlookig the town and surrounding mountains was a big plus.

Great location

Clean and spacious and great location. Needs some updating, rug in living room curls up and we tripped on it a few times. Back patio door we could not lock but it did have a security bar We had a great time, thank you.

Great location, amenities, and communication

Can't say enough about our stay there. Really top notch management and location. The space is a time capsule for 1988, and I cringed when my children rolled on the old carpeting, but it really was cleaned spotless, so oh well.

Great location

The view from townhouse was awesome. I wish there had been patio furniture on the deck (as shown in the online pictures) so we could have sat there and enjoyed it. We had to sit on the kitchen chairs. The property management was very responsive when we asked for new sheets for the beds.

Many expired foods products opened in the fridge upon arrival

Great place! Could use a little attention to detail in cleaning. Fridge has food/dressings all expired and pretty gross. Coffee for coffee maker open and didn’t give us the sense of clean/usable. Other than that expirence was amazing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was amazing, literally right next to the hotspring pools! Nice apartment with comfy mattresses. The only real complaint we have is with the heater system. I don’t think it works... we turned the thermostats way up and the house remained chilly through out the night, esp in the twin bed room, where there was a noticeable draft through the windows. Other than that, host was very responsive. Do use Apple map with the address provided by the host, Google map wouldn’t process the address for some reason.

Let me start by saying this place is very very clean. However there hasn't been a single update since about 1970. Harvest gold carpet (that extends into the bathroom), wood paneling, the whole 9 yards. Pluses-right next to the hot springs, nice deck, decent size tvs, garage, washer and dryer, so clean. Minuses- a bit musty, no essentials like sugar, oil, seasonings, plastic wrap, storage containers, etc. Kitchen pretty sparse. Tiny fridge. Needs a complete update. Price should reflect this. I didn't see any reviews mentioning any of this so thought I'd put it out there.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the location of the condo was very good, the condo itself was in need of a lot of updating. At least one window in each room did not work. Appliances were outdated. Fans filters were not cleaned, making them useless. There was a persistent heat build up in the main level of the condo, which we were never able to figure out. Also, there were roaches in the bathrooms. Ouray was a wonderful place to visit, but our stay unfortunately was not so great.

Convenient location in Ouray

We wanted a clean, convenient base for our stay in the Ouray area. This property was in a good location, near the hot springs pool and visitor center, right on hwy 550. Highway on one side and parking lot on the other doesn't make for the most aesthetic location, but it is near the riverwalk. Beds were comfortable, baths were clean with good water pressure and plentiful hot water, kitchen was clean, well-equipped, and appliances worked well. Wi-fi was excellent as was the TV. Comfy furniture was in the living area. A couple of things to consider before you choose this property are if you don't like stairs, this place isn't for you. It has 4 different levels. Also, if you're a security freak, you won't like this place. We couldn't get the deck door to lock (not a big concern since it's a second level deck) but the code for the keypad to the main entrance was beyond obvious, making us a little nervous.

As advertised, however seems to have excessive heat coming from the fridge. Very clean and great location. I would stay there again.

Wonderful location.

The app showed all the details needed to get to the rental, use the rental, leave the rental, places to go and eat. It was simply excellent and we could focus on the vacation and not about the rental. EXCELLENT

This works!

Nice Townhome with three bedrooms. Could use updating, but it was great for our purpose (Ouray Ice Park). Management was incredible and responsive to a couple of minor issues that arose. Location with hot springs in same parking lot was fantastic! Good value...highly recommend.

Unit was not updated, but the location made it easy for us to walk to everything in town. Beware there are 4 levels...the walk-in level with the garage, the main level with kitchen, the third level with 2BR and a bath, and the top level with a large BR and bath.
