Awful experience. Screaming kids, garbage in the halls, gym smelled like pee, no equipment worked. Loud all through the day up until 11 pm, no fridge, microwave or coffee pot, tv stopped working . Smelled bad in the halls and elevators barley woke!

It was generally very dirty. We had to leave and book another hotel. The outside grounds and hallways had was littered with trash. Garbage bins in the hallway were almost overflowing. The elevator was not working properly and there lots of baby strollers parked by the elevator doors.The washroom had moulds and the rooms/hallways smelled. The website did not indicate that the hotel was being utilized as a temporary housing or some sort of shelter. We had to leave almost immediately. We had to look for another hotel to stay and that cost us more. I am demanding a refund of my booking.

The elevator licence was expired. I had broken glass in my room, hidden in the carpet. They seem to be providing low income housing or something of the sort. I highly suggest you never book here. Big big problems.

Do not stay here. A lot of families from war torn countries living here, treat it as their home- not a hotel- loud yelling, dogs barking, children running all around hotel & outside, and very disrespectful of guests for noise fighting with parents. Very disruptive etc. Smell in hallway extremely bad. Could not breathe, had to hold breath just to get into room. Towels we had in room were stained brown and very thin- . No coffee in room. Lights in room did not have bulbs or some did not even have switches to turn on.

The house keeping cleans all day Laundry function well ,we pay three dollars for clean and three dollars for dry, Yes,we have lobws,fresh food, Canadian tire, It's really great

The two receptionists were pleasant. The hotel had two elevators: one broken and the other about to brake! Tv didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush properly. No face clothes, the towels were stained and old. tiny tiny soap (singular) made in China. No breakfast not even coffee in our room. There was a smell of like fumigation,it was scary as some of the employees wore mask. Not worth the price!!!

Our room was clean, but had many issues such as the bathroom sink faucet would not work. There were water stains on the ceiling. The tv would only work if we used our cell phone to activate some streaming…not good. Room was not properly supplied with towels. In general the staff are doing a good job on a very tired room. This property is housing many families full time. It is not set up for that, no storage for children’s toys, bicycles, baby strollers, etc
