Incredible spot!

Maybe the nicest place I’ve rented on holiday - certainly a relaxed highlight of our trip after touring some bigger cities.We were in awe of the place on arrival and had such a lovely time relaxing by the pool. It’s also really close to some great small cities like cisternino etc.Definitely great value for the price and I would recommend to anyone :)

This is turned into a nightmare. First off the stove in the kitchen the door does not close and it’s being held on by a hair tie. The light on the oven was green, which usually means that it’s on. And then the gas burners started clicking like they were trying to light. The house was very cold and there were no extra blankets. After my son took a seven minute shower we are out of hot water for the night.There was no password for the Wi-Fi and when speaking to the host about trying to get that they told me that connection is going to be really bad in the house and even out on the patio due to the location in the house being a Stonehouse.The room overlooking the pool was not part of the deal after all. Instead, it was being used to store patio and other furniture/equipment.Communication with the host, there were three total was not great at all. The Dad never responded. The mother does not speak English, and I had to use my Google translator to try to communicate, but with no reception this made it almost impossible. The Daughter tried to help. Help figure out the Wi-Fi password and said that she would bring extra blankets and get the Wi-Fi password for me first thing in the morning. We left by noon and I had not heard from her at all.The rental company advised that we open all windows and get out of the house due to the oven situation. I had reached out to the father and so did Vrbo, but there was no response.Vrbo is currently working on this case with me. Horrible exp.
