The property was off the main road so it was quiet and still close to the subway. Lovely staff. Great rooms. I will 100% come back here when I come back to Osaka.

It is a quaint little hotel older style but very comfortable and the lady who greet you really tries to make sure you have everything you need.

The bedroom and bathing area are huge and a great value in Japan! The staff is there when you need them and gone when you don’t. All movies and videos are in Japanese, but they are free, even the adult ones. Breakfast is western style and brought to you each morning. The decor is quite dated, kind of 1950’s. But everything is very clean. A great deal!

This hotel was brilliant. We were pulled into a seperate check in area to wait before getting our room, it was so comfortable. The room itself was huge and clean and much more extravagant than expected. All the staff were friendly and always available.

Great hotel so comfrtonale to have such a large room in japan and loved the bathtub facilities with the tv in the bathroom. A bit far from the main parts of Osaka but all within 20-30 minute train rides through the JR

Nice accomodations

Second time staying at this hotel. Accomodations are excellent- near to train station and shopping, hotel very spacious and clean. Hotel personnel always very nice and pleasant. Although known as a "love hotel" it is very nice just as a place to stay while in Tennoji. Would be an excellent choice for honeymoon or anniversary.

Excellent hotel within Tennoji area in Osaka.

Just a short walk from Tennoji JR Train Station is this classical looking hotel. Staff are courteous and polite, may have some difficulties communicating in English but for most times, they are able to help and speak pretty well. Check-in was comfortable, seated down, filled up a form while they check the passports and got to our room. There is a welcome gift (drinks, either beer, oolong tea or soda and some chips) that pleasantly surprised us and this place is luggage friendly (ramps from the road into the lobby and elevator to your rooms), no steps or curbs anywhere except within the hotel room. Room is clean, spacious with all the amenities provided (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, etc.). Very satisfied with the huge amount of space given to us in the rooms and it's very well furnished. Different rooms have slightly different decor (we stayed in one that feels modern and stayed in another one that feels very romantic) and all of them are nicely decorated. Summary: A reasonably priced, clean, spacious and accessible hotel with transportation network nearby, and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place for newly weds (honeymoon) or young couples (take note this is an adult only hotel so no kids unfortunately).
