Hotel is very nice, staff are very friendly and helpful. One downside is restaurants don’t open until 10am. So if you are a breakfast person I would suggest eating at the hotel.

I bit pricey but at least you feel like you are getting what you paid for. Breakfast buffet i'd skip if I went back. Al-a-cart choices were NOT good. French toast? is that what that was? Pancakes - get you three little silver dollar sized pieces. Omelette's were a lot undercooked and no option for just a simple sunny side up egg. Toaster did not toast the bread. A large variety to be sure, but I found myself sturuggling to make a decent breakfast out of it.

While it is perfectly fine, it is not a “5 star” experience. The lines for breakfast were crazy, with the coffee machines not working many times. Tons of luggage always at reception with many waiting to check in. This space is not big enough for the amount of people checking in and out. High marks for location and train convenience, but that’s about it.

Room had a slight odour when we arrived. Staff attended to it immediately with an air purifier but that didn’t work. Discovered it was a drain issue which was dealt with. Staff was excellent, surprised there was no compensation provided, not even a fruit plate or or follow up from someone at the hotel

I have traveled abroad a lot and this is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms are big (definitely get a corner suite that has an amazing view of the city) and very modern. Service was outstanding!! Everyone was so kind. We had a small medical emergency and Ryoko went above and beyond to help us get fast medical care. She saved our family vacation. This is the only hotel I would stay at in Osaka. Highly recommend!!

I loved the cleanliness of the property. I loved the location near the train station and near shopping. I wish the property had a pool. I wish the hotel had a complimentary continental breakfast or a cheaper alternative than the $40 breakfast per person for the buffet style.
