Locked Out

The link that we received to get the check-in information was incorrect and we could not get ahold of anyone to help, so we had to stay somewhere else . Eventually, we did hear from the building management and they apologized and promptly refunded our money for the time we couldn’t check-in. I believe it was an honest mistake. The location was good. The place is pretty small for a family of four, but it does look just like the pictures. The place was fairly clean when we arrived, but the toilet had a strange smell. We only found one bowl and a few plates in the kitchen cabinets. The jets in the bathtub were not working and the system in the bathtub area that dries wet clothes was not working. Overall, for the price, it wasn’t bad.
