This Iconic Cozy WATERFRONT Cottage was Futured on "HGTV' situated near the end of a quiet cove. Located in Sunrise Beach, the cottage is in a small cove off of Cape Hollow Cove, near the 8 MM. There is a boat launch just around the corner at Rock Harbor Resort. It is close to the new Woods Supermarket and restaurants. The cottage was fully remodeled in 2024 and includes new Central Air, and free Wi-Fi. Plenty of off-road parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. Two comfortable bedrooms, 1 king and the other includes 6 twin bunk beds, and a new memory foam queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The cottage also includes a private dock with a boat slip and a nice swim platform for your outside entertainment. New expanded deck with gas grill, propane provided. All you need to do is make a reservation, bring your food and clothes and make yourself at home. Most necessities in the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom are provided for your convenience. The time is here to book your getaway to the lake! We have also just added 2 new Kayaks, Lilly Pad and a Stand Up Paddle board for you to use as well.

When I opened the front door the smell took my breath away. I found a plug in fluid filled air freshener in every room of a small house. I took them outside, but all the furniture was so saturated with the smell it didn’t matter. After two days of migraines i left early.

3rd trip to The Lake of the Ozarks and 3rd time staying here! Its perfect for our family of 6. The beds are comfy, the house is clean. The wildlife (deer, fox, birds, geese) all add to the charm and peacefulness of the cove. Water is perfect, in our opinion, for swimming, as its clean and quiet (no boat traffic or waves) for us to swim and float in. Deck chairs and fireplace offer a great spot for evening s'mores and star gazing. Main channel noise is not an issue here when outsude!Our kids wanna come back already for round 4!

Pots and pans could be replaced. The grill was almost too dirty to use - we practically created a fire when we tried. Some items that said would be included (shampoo and conditioner) were not available which meant we had to do another run to the store. Place is nice and quiet though and overall a great place to stay.

Great home with a ton of activities just steps away! The house had everything we needed inside and out - we played games and watched movies each night (the heat wave made it unbearable to be outside in the evening) and spent the days in the water - the lily pad is amazing and our kids put many miles on the kayaks and paddleboards.

We had a wonderful time! The kids (6,13,14) had a blast on the dock with all the amenities provided on it. Was nice having lunch on there in between swimming with the lily pad. Great location (about 20-30ish mins) from a lot of food/activities in Osage, Bagnell, etc. House has a lot provided to make the stay simple! Thanks again for your wonderful home!
