Good location - mind these tips.

This resort is BIG. We stayed in building 6. The suite was fine with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and seating area. I did not like being so far from the pool - 20 minute walk. I think we would have used the pool more often had it been closer. At night, the a/c was loud when it turned on and there were these weird ticking noises coming from the bathroom vent in the master bedroom. The internet was slow despite a sign saying that they upgraded the suites with new/independent routers. The screened balcony is nice - keeps bugs and critters out. I could never get front desk to answer when using the phone in the suite. I found out they had issues with the "front desk" button on the phone and should dial "0." Kitchen has pots/pans/dishes/silverware. We bought basic breakfast food and some condiments (salt/pepper/cooking oil). Welcome kit includes dish soap, dishwasher packet, coffee, dish sponge, washing machine detergent. I bought a packet of Tide packs since they only provide enough for one wash. You can buy more from the market at the resort.
The pool area is beautiful. I was not sure why they were not busier despite being there during Spring Break. The staff was nice. I had some hesitation due to being put on hold prior to the visit. They generally have one to two people at most working the front desk.
I would return to this resort. It seemed like a good value given the size/location compared to surrounding hotels.
