Great family stay

Posted Apr 26, 2016 on Hotels
Of all the places we stayed here near orlando, by far the best resort style feel. Kids had a great time in the pool and the front desk had all other things we needed.

Week in Orlando

Posted Apr 25, 2016 on Expedia
Pros: The grounds were nice. There is a security guard at the entrance and the atmosphere is very secure. The rooms are a good size.
Cons: The staff could be trained to be more customer friendly. They could serve a better breakfast. Also, add a pool table and arcades for the kids.
Location: Great location! With Disney, SeaWorld and Universal Studios you have plenty to do.
I made this reservation over two months before arrival. I also called three weeks prior and let them know I would be checking in at around 11 or 12 at night. When I arrived and gave the girl my name, she immediately told me she had to go speak to her manager without any explanation why. When she returned she informed me that the 3 bedroom condo that I had reserved and had paid in full had been given to someone else. We had to settle for a 2 bedroom condo that night and then move all of our belongings to another building the next day. On top of that, they really didn't offer much of anything to make up for the situation. The next morning the girl at the front desk called us at 8AM and asked if we still wanted the 3 bedroom condo I had paid for. She let us know that we needed to be at the front desk by 11AM if we still wanted it. I got the feeling that I worked for her instead of the other way around. When I checked in, they had me fill out a form for optional paid housekeeping service. Out of a 7 day stay we only saw them once. The rooms weren't too bad. You could tell they didn't thoroughly clean after a guest checked out. There was dirt under the beds and couches, but in general it was reasonably clean. The facilities were generally nice, but we felt like we were just another number from the staff. The pool area was nice. The main building was a little weak in what they offered. I have seen better at a Comfort Inn. The breakfast was as cheap you could get by.

Would come again

Pros: For bkfast, they separated the coffee/tea/cocoa, baked goodies, and breakfast drinks to keep flowing line. Loved the stove/oven in room.
Location: We were very close to Walmart, so we bought groceries to cook. Close to the Orlando Eye ferris wheel, and Sea World.
My boyfriend and I stayed here in the July 2015 for 10 day vacation. It was amazing. When we got to our first room, I wasn't very happy with the location of it. I convinced my boyfriend that we go to the front desk to get a room closer to the pool and entrance. We went to the front desk the same day, and they were nice enough to switch us to a beautiful pool-view room the next morning. We were eternally grateful for their willingness to change rooms, as it made our experience and stay so much more enjoyable. Added bonus: our room was right near the breakfast room, so we were in and out quickly before the heavy crowd.

Worldquest exceeded my expectations. The 2 bedroom suites was more than enough room and very clean with a screened in balcony. Every night we were able to watch the fireworks. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family.

Nice hotel/condo

Posted Apr 18, 2016 on Hotels
Hotel was in the middle of nowhere, but not far from anything by car. Room and pool were very nice. Room was starting to show signs of getting a lot of use. Superficial...nothing some paint and maintenance couldn't take care of. Breakfast was included, but weak. TV was analog only. Very good value versus a standard hotel.

The two bedroom suite was the best. Great bed kitchen everything. Just a bit noisy on balcony from major highway.

We have stayed before a few years back in bldg 7. Front desk offered to upgrade our 2/2 to a 3/2 in the newer bldg 7 but we wanted to be close to pool. Ended up in bldg 1. Room was big. Furniture getting a bit stale but everything clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and screened balcony. Master bath was huge. Only complaint was pillows were horrible. Hard and flat. Coffee was generic but ok. Kitchen missing a dish towel which seemed odd but they had paper towels so it was fine. Would be nice to have sample laundry detergent since they have the washer/dryer. Hotel staff were very nice. Didn't use shuttle to parks but nice they offer. We will be back again

Cons: Bathrooms floors could have been cleaner.
Location: Disney parks, sea world.
We were allowed check in three hours early. Staff was wonderful. Pool great for the kids. Loved the space of the three bedrooms. I was a little disappointed in the jet tub in the master bath, they were dirty. Screened porch was great.
