No "resort" feel

I was pleased to find this hotel for a quick trip to FL. I needed three bedrooms and baths for comfort and privacy. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and the front desk attendant was very helpful. He was the only bright spot in this trip, I regret not making note of his name to properly recognize his efforts. He was patient while we gathered quick supplies for the next day's breakfast from the convenient on-site shop.
At 2 AM, we finally settled in our rooms. Everyone wants a shower, so we retire to our individual rooms. I turn on the shower in the master bedroom and notice the water is lukewarm. There is a curly red hair in the shower stall. My hair is blonde. (have photo)
The next day, our pricey bagels and cream cheese were of no use, since the toaster was broken. We call the front desk, and they say someone will look into it. We did not return until 10 PM. One of my travel partners asked for an additional blanket to be sent to the room and is told someone will be there within 20 minutes. It never arrived. The blanket in her bedroom was stained, as was the duvet in the master (have photos). I suffer through another cold shower.
I used all my Expedia points towards this hotel and paid cash on top of that. I am very disappointed in what was described as a Superior Suite. I've stayed in 1-star hotels that at least had hot water.
