Pros: Clean Location to Disney is very close.
Cons: Only complaint. Charged for cleaning service when declined.
Excellent hotel. This was our third visit and its very good!

Great condo ! Close to airport and Disney !

Pros: Pool area is great !! Loved two separate bedrooms and two baths
Location: Close to airport and Disney !!!
Great front desk staff !! Our flight arrived early in the morning and was able to check in early !! Loved the free shuttle to Epcot !! Only problem was a leaky hot water tank, they came right away to look at it, but never did fix it while we were still there (although we never ran out of hot water, so that was ok) We requested a late check out, which we were able to get, than used the pool facilities until we had to leave for the airport. This was our 2nd time staying here, both times sharing the condo with friends, so loved the separate bedrooms and 2 baths ! We will definitely stay here again !!

We discovered that there was no heat our first day. The service technician came right away and determined that it needed a large replacement part that he didn't have. He said they would be able back to fix it the next day. Within 15 minutes we got a call from the front desk asking if we would like to move to another unit. We declined because we were already unpacked so they gave us credit for the resort fee for all three nights and sent over extra blankets. On our next to last day we discovered that we had no ice in the freezer, or any way to make it. As we were checking out the next morning a brand new refrigerator was being unpacked in the hallway outside our unit. The resort is well maintained but is getting old.

Everything you need for a great stay in Orlando

Pros: * quiet rooms * large pool and whirlpool * in suite laundry * free parking * gate security * full kitchens with dishwashers
Cons: They could bring back the free continental breakfast. The items available to purchase are quite expensive ($6 for a package of two small muffins).
Location: Food items can be purchased at Walmart (a mile away) and the Disney parks are very close by. Easy drive from MCO, and Legoland is 45 minutes away.
This was our second stay at the WorldQuest. When the rooms go on sale, it is very reasonable. You get a lots of room in the suites so you don't feel crowded. In suite laundry is great, so we didn't have to pack so many clothes. We will certainly stay here again.

Stay elsewhere!

We stayed at this resort in November 2016--- it's very outdated and rundown. Upon arrival and check-in, it looks great, friendly staff, very spacious, however after settling in, the place is filthy-- floors are the worst. There were numerous spiders and little bugs in our room. There is a fee for extra towels and having the room serviced. Stay elsewhere. Don't book at this resort. We'll never stay here again and continue to book at Wyndham Bonnet Creek.

Great Experience

Pros: Size of the gym and the mattress was very firm.
Hotel staff was VERY accommodating and extremely pleasant regardless of how busy they were or the time of day. We were given building 7, and on the map it seemed VERY far away, Front Desk staff offered to move us, but it ended up being only a four minute walk to the pool so we opted to remain there. Our building had newer decor and was very clean. It was a two bedroom, two bath condo that was spacious. Located only 10 or so minutes from Disney and very close to a Walmart and the Outlets. We would Absolutely stay there again if we were ever visiting Orlando/Disney. My only two negatives were the size of the gym and the firmness of the bed. My husband didn't seem to mind it :-) Great for families, and was so nice to have a full kitchen, with more pots, pans and utensils than I would have thought. The pool is beautiful and clean and the lounge chairs were the MOST comfortable I have ever laid on; and I have been to many resorts all over. Towels were provided ...it was wonderful not having to pack them.
