Not good experience

Posted Apr 20, 2017
Pros: closer to all parks magic k, sea w, etc
Unfortunately we did have good experience. we stayed in bldg 7 third floor and next door folks were partying and moving their furniture till 3am in the morning. It took several calls to fix the issue. We stayed for 5night but slept in peace two nights. Hotel did reimburse for one night. We travel to FL every 2-3yrs and will not be staying here next time.

Good location - mind these tips.

Posted Apr 10, 2017
Pros: The location was great We spent most of our time at Sea World and surrounding area. Close to a Super Walmart. Lovely pool area. Good security.
Cons: Would appreciate a recycling bin inside the suite. I had to take empty water bottles to a room near the elevator to make sure plastics were recycled.
This resort is BIG. We stayed in building 6. The suite was fine with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and seating area. I did not like being so far from the pool - 20 minute walk. I think we would have used the pool more often had it been closer. At night, the a/c was loud when it turned on and there were these weird ticking noises coming from the bathroom vent in the master bedroom. The internet was slow despite a sign saying that they upgraded the suites with new/independent routers. The screened balcony is nice - keeps bugs and critters out. I could never get front desk to answer when using the phone in the suite. I found out they had issues with the "front desk" button on the phone and should dial "0." Kitchen has pots/pans/dishes/silverware. We bought basic breakfast food and some condiments (salt/pepper/cooking oil). Welcome kit includes dish soap, dishwasher packet, coffee, dish sponge, washing machine detergent. I bought a packet of Tide packs since they only provide enough for one wash. You can buy more from the market at the resort. The pool area is beautiful. I was not sure why they were not busier despite being there during Spring Break. The staff was nice. I had some hesitation due to being put on hold prior to the visit. They generally have one to two people at most working the front desk. I would return to this resort. It seemed like a good value given the size/location compared to surrounding hotels.

Would come again

Posted Apr 24, 2016
Pros: For bkfast, they separated the coffee/tea/cocoa, baked goodies, and breakfast drinks to keep flowing line. Loved the stove/oven in room.
Location: We were very close to Walmart, so we bought groceries to cook. Close to the Orlando Eye ferris wheel, and Sea World.
My boyfriend and I stayed here in the July 2015 for 10 day vacation. It was amazing. When we got to our first room, I wasn't very happy with the location of it. I convinced my boyfriend that we go to the front desk to get a room closer to the pool and entrance. We went to the front desk the same day, and they were nice enough to switch us to a beautiful pool-view room the next morning. We were eternally grateful for their willingness to change rooms, as it made our experience and stay so much more enjoyable. Added bonus: our room was right near the breakfast room, so we were in and out quickly before the heavy crowd.

Worldquest exceeded my expectations. The 2 bedroom suites was more than enough room and very clean with a screened in balcony. Every night we were able to watch the fireworks. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family.

Advertising very misleading! Awful experience.

Posted Dec 30, 2015
Advertising pictures absolutely misleading! The rooms are outdated, smelly and moldy. In fact, the odor of mold and mildew was so strong that we couldn't stay overnight and were forced to move to a different hotel. The staff very dry and unfriendly. Kerlyne, one of the girls on duty that night, was so rude and unprofessional that hospitality business should be the very last thing on her list of career options. Decent and affordable hotels are hard to find in Orlando, but any other would be preferable over Worldquest resort (what a misleading fancy name too!).

very nice place close to theme parks, restaurants

My only complaint is that we can not rest well as people who stayed in the upstairs dragging chairs and all his footsteps late at night but everything else loved the bed, Jacuzzi, listening comfort the place and especially cleaning.

No updates in years.

Posted Nov 29, 2015
Pros: We enjoyed that it is a little secluded from the busiest areas.
Cons: Update your property.
Location: Everything is about 15 minutes away.
We stayed here 5 years ago and enjoyed our experience. Nothing has been updated since our last visit. The furniture, beds and interior were in need of updating. The TV in the master bedroom was the old style from 10-15 years ago, not even a new cheap flat screen. The shower door was very dirty and would barely stay closed. We paid a resort fee for the Wi-Fi which was barely usable.
