Guest Access:

• Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.



Parking Information:

• The driveway can accommodate 5–6 cars with proper arrangement.

• Street and sidewalk parking is strictly prohibited and may result in your vehicle being towed.



Overflow & Overnight Parking:

• Additional parking is available at the clubhouse area on a first-come, first-served basis (look for the red flags).

• If you need overnight parking, use the designated area near the lake, located by the entrance of the security gate, directly across the street from 3890 Sonoma (at the Sonoma Resort B-pass area).



• Guests have full access to the Sonoma Resort clubhouse, which offers a large resort-style swimming pool with a hot tub and poolside loungers, a fitness center, a children’s playground, and scenic walking and jogging trails.



The Neighborhood:

Sonoma Resort in Orlando, Florida is located next to The Loop, a shopping and entertainment hub. It’s only minutes away from Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, championship golf courses, upscale brand outlets, and malls.



Getting Around:

Renting a car is recommended as it’s the most convenient option for getting around Orlando. Alternative options include public transportation, taxis, and uber service.

• Please note that if there are more than 5 or 6 cars, parking on the street is not permitted. Additional parking is available at the clubhouse, just a 3-minute walk away.

• Please be advised that the following bedrooms do not have TVs: Lion King–themed, Inside Out–themed, Avatar–themed, Harry Potter–themed, Tranquil Queen, and Peaceful Queen.



• Sonoma Resort HOA – Valet Trash Service Holiday Update:

Please be advised that there will be no valet trash pickup on December 25 (Christmas Day). Regular service will resume on December 26 (Friday). During this brief service break, residents may dispose of trash at the clubhouse compactor. Happy Holidays!



Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
