Great house, trouble next door
This house is phenomenal. We had 11 guys get together for a golf trip and the house was exactly as advertised. The management company was great about everything. Our problem (which is not the fault of the owner) is that the house next door made our trip less than pleasant. They had 12 cars piled up on the yard and street, we were downwind of the smell of pot all five days, and they had music blasting from about 10 am until 4 am every day. They even brought out huge speakers and a microphone to their pool and were rapping all day/night at full volume. We didn't call the police because we were afraid of the repercussions from the occupants of the house next door. The owner of this house has very specific rules about noise and disturbing neighbors, but the house just next door clearly didn't. Probably just poor luck on our part, but be forewarned that as good as this house is, you can't control who is next door to you.
