The house is large and spacious, making it good for several adults and several young teens. The host was responsive throughout the stay. A few things could use a major dusting, as well as a few items need fixing/tightened. Overall a wonderful stay and we would return.

Had a wonderful stay here for our family reunion. Highly recommend the community because it is very close to Disney as well as having incredible amenities within the community. The clubhouse was wonderful and we all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, splash pad, and lazy river. The house itself was perfect. Plenty of room for all of our crew. Spent plenty of time in the pool and spa all week. Highly recommend this home, host, and community.

Disappointing Stay – Not as AdvertisedUnfortunately, our experience at this villa was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was not in the condition shown in the listing photos.•The walls throughout the house were dirty and stained.•The pool was unclean, full of dirt and hair, and the pool lights didn’t work.•The pool table was missing balls, making it unusable.•The TV in the upstairs room was broken.•The AC upstairs was leaking, and the vents were clogged with dust—definitely not ideal for anyone with allergies or sensitivities.•Worst of all, the pictures used on the listing were clearly outdated, which felt misleading.We called five times upon arrival with no answer. When we finally reached someone the next day to report all these issues, we were told a maintenance person would come Sunday morning—which was our last night there, after arriving Friday afternoon. The representative also admitted they were aware of some of the issues and were “working on fixing them,” yet still allowed us to book the property in its current state.I asked if there was any way we could be accommodated, but was told there was nothing they could do and that they appreciated us pointing out the issues so they could be fixed for the next guests.That response felt like a slap in the face.Overall, this property was not ready for guests, and the customer service response was unacceptable.I would not recommend staying here until improvement

Good property, great location, some minor drawbacks

We had was a good stay and a good time. Good neighborhood, great location, and nice ammenities, but not without a couple of hiccups. Overall, we'd stay again, but only if they 100% guaranteed they fixed the smoke alarm / fire detector issues. Pros: • Great location! Really close to attractions, grocery stores, shopping, and major roadways. • The number of beds and bathrooms were great. Never felt crowded even with 4 families. • The pool was big, warm, and clean. • The game room was a big hit the the teens! Great addition to the home. • Communication with the owner was always quick and easy. Cons: • The game room floor was dirty. You'd come out with black feet or socks playing in there. • There was a lot of kitchen pans and utensils, but almost no pots. One very small one that could barely cook a single box of mac and cheese. We bought a much larger pot for $20 at TJ Maxx for a pasta night and left it at the home. • All of the ceiling fans in the home are wireless, but all the controllers were dead. Spent $10 on batteries so we could stay cool. • Half the tv remotes didn't work. Fortunately, they're all LG, so you could use a remote from another room when needed. • Smoke alarms / fire detectors would go off randomly. More than a low battery chirp. A 1 - 2 second full alarm at complete random times, including in the middle of the night. Owner did send people out to replace the batteries, but it didn't work. Very annoying.

Shine villas to the rescue

After having my original reservation cancelled just hours before check in by a different host, I was able to contact Shine Villas and got an almost immediate response by the host and was able to rent this beautiful house the same day I contacted them. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Shine villas for saving this vacation. Throughout the week the host was attentive, answering all questions quickly and had thorough instructions from check in and check out. The property itself was very well maintained, clean and had everything we needed. It was very spacious and I can see being comfortable even at capacity. The pool and spa were clean and well maintained.

Great house, great location

We had a great weekend stay! Lovely home and very clean. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! Kids loved lots of fort building in the bunk beds! Location was great-lots of food and shopping nearby. Target was an easy walk! We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well appointed.

Good House With A Few Minor Issues

The house was accurately described in the listing. Unfortunately, when we first walked in, the home was not cleaned very well. (Dirty floors mostly) There were no washcloths, and very few cooking utensils. (With our large family we ate in home often) The management company was communicative and resolved issues as they arose. Overall, it was a good vacation home and we would stay there again.
