Home was clean, and matched pictures. We had a group of 10 and traveled with pets so house was extremely roomy for us all. Unfortunately, pictures a bit misleading when it came to house amenities. Game room air hockey table was old and did not work, PS4 remotes did not work, and billiard table was run down bumpers falling apart and led strip mood lights did not work. Pool and hot tub excellent, but you are feet away from neighbors looking directly in their backyards. Kitchen utensils need to be upgraded a bit, like can opener didn't work and garbage disposal trips circuit breaker. Positive was there were plenty of bathrooms, however really bad water pressure in 4 out of 6 showers. Quick note about Champions Gate and NOT this rental. Champion Gate during weekend nights have turned nice rentals into house party scene and with groups of people loudly out partying until early hours and racing up and down the streets. This is not our first stay and decline has gotten worse. We will not be returning to here or any of the affiliated communities. Very sad for these beautiful home owners.
