Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the home features four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. Two king bedrooms include private ensuite bathrooms, smart TVs, ceiling fans, and one offers direct access to the pool through sliding glass doors. A third bedroom features a queen bed, while the fourth is a themed room with two single beds, ideal for younger guests. A queen sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space.

Living and entertainment
The air-conditioned game room is a central gathering space, complete with a 65 inch HDTV, pool table, air hockey, arcade games, and board games. Smart TVs are available throughout the home, and fast wifi – 287 Mbps with a dedicated workspace supports streaming, browsing, or remote work. Ethernet connection and exercise equipment add flexibility for your stay.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers everything needed for preparing meals, along with a dining table for shared moments. Whether you’re starting the day with coffee or winding down after a day out, the space is set up for easy, comfortable dining indoors or outside. Guests have lake access and free resort access to nearby facilities, including a shared gym, sports courts, and a fishing lake. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, central air conditioning and heating, private entrance, and free driveway parking on premises – 4 spaces, along with free street parking. The home is single level with no stairs.

Safety and essentials
Exterior security cameras on the property, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all in place for added peace of mind.

Pet-friendly and suitable for longer stays, the home also offers self check-in with a smart lock and optional housekeeping at an extra cost.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
