This hotel was truly a pleasure to stay in from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax the moment you walked in. The staff was welcoming and attentive without being intrusive, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and well cared for. The amenities were excellent — comfortable bedding, reliable Wi-Fi, a great fitness center, and inviting common areas — all of which made the experience feel upscale and effortless. This property connects to the OCCC but on the west concourse so if your conference is in the north its a LONG walk.

The staff was courteous and friendly. There was construction going on so several floors were closed and it was noisy from 9am-6pm. Rooms are nice and spacious, beds comfy, the air/heat unit were loud in the rooms. It was either hot or freezing. It was a good stay and the food and cocktails are good. Pool and hot tub are beautiful.
