Not the Luxury We Were Expecting
We experienced quite a number of problems with this rental during our stay.
1) the internet wasn't working for the first 4 days of our stay, and a company had to come out a replace the router which had burned out because it is kept in too hot of a location
2) the pool table felt has a large rip in it
3) we found a fishing hook in one of the pool towels the owner provides
4) we found another fish hook laying around in the pool area
5) the large trellis/overhang in the pool area has significant wood rot and looks like it will be breaking soon
6) the arcade games are in various states of disrepair
6a) the basketball game doesn't work as the sensors are not registering any baskets going into the net
6b) the skeeball game is missing screws in the cage and is coming loose, along with a lighting strip in the alley
6c) one of the motorcycles was in need of recalibration and the other machine would freeze up daily, where we had to reset the computer inside
7) the ceilings started to leak from rain during our last days
8) the master bath shower door doesn't close properly
9) the house could really use a deep-cleaning (drip stains on kitchen cabinets, gunk build-up on shower door, dirty spots on the bottom of toilets, rusty shower heads)
10) the owner provided us no help in getting a gate keycard or access to any of the on-site amenities (which we were left to figure out on our own)
