Pretty house, just needs a little more

The house is beautiful. The pool is great. The rooms are space out to allow downtime when necessary between trips to Disney World. There were only 2 issues. We had 5 adults and 4 children in the house, but were only allotted 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 trash bag. There were no basic pantry supplies so it was inconvenient to go out and buy those supplies knowing other VRBO houses usually have enough of these things for the stay. The other issue was the noise from the other houses. Every night the house 2 doors down had music blaring well past 3 am. By the weekend, we were stuck between dualing sound systems from another house as well. I thought there was a noise curfew, but it really isn't enforced. We would all stay there again, but probably without children.

Fabulous stay!!

We came to Orlando with some friends and our kids for a family vacation (15 of us total). There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. They were very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. The community center had plenty of things for everyone to do and the staff there were super helpful and friendly. Everyone had a great time at the house and I would definitely recommend using Shine Villas to anyone visiting Orlando. We would definitely use them again for our future stays!

Roaches everywhere

The house matched the photos and the house was beautiful and the perfect space for our family. However, roaches were a major issue including on our food which we had to throw out. I called and sent messages and they sprayed and that did not solve the issue. I expected it to be taken more seriously but it was not.

Great property!

We have stayed in villas in Orlando many times before and this home is my favorite to date. The property was beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped in the kitchen to be able to prepare meals for a large group. We did have a few minor issues while we were there but they were all issues that can be expected with multiple user homes. The pool had a fair bit of algae at the bottom when we arrived. and needed better cleaning, the icemaker and water dispenser on the fridge was not working and there were no floor mats in some bathrooms. I contacted the property manager and she was extremely courteous and addressed all the issues right away. My only recommendation would be to have an extra set of bath towels for such a large property as we had none to spare. I would deffinately stay here again based on the comfort, cleanliness and amenites. This home will not dissapoint!

Perfect house and location for Disney family holiday

We have been visiting Florida for over 20 years and this is one of the best properties we have stayed in. Beautiful property that was catered for all ages. The teenagers loved the theme pirates and Star Wars bedrooms and the games room was a big hit. The younger kids loved the Disney Encanto bedroom and loved having the pool to cool down in. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space after those busy Disney fun days. I would highly recommend this property. One little fault was the main bedroom on the first floor tv didn’t work. But huge tv upstairs in cinema area and tv downstairs in living area. Would definitely book with shine villas and this property again

Family Vacation

The house was very beautiful, spacious and clean, it accommodated 14 people comfortably. There were a few things that I feel could have been better and that is to leave instructions on how to use the TV as well as informing guests of the alarm features on the door. There was 2 washers in the house which one didn't work. We also had to call maintenance for one of the televisions in the bedroom and it couldn't be fixed.

Amazing

This house was amazing. Very clean and spacious. The kids loved the game room. The pool was bigger than expected. The resort pool and clubhouse is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Overall great

We enjoyed our stay. Property was nice, my wife’s only complaint was no area to prop shampoo, conditioner, razors etc. in the master shower and limited heat in the jacuzzi. In summary, the property was very nice and I look forward to our next visit.

Good, but a few complaints

We were very excited for our stay in Florida and overall were happy with the property. The location is good and the community pool was fun. The house has lots of space for two families and was quite comfortable. Some of the problems we encountered: - the code provided in the check-in email was wrong and was inconvenient upon a late check-in after a long travel day - the property owners did not provide the BBQ or pool heat as agreed to months before arrival. Even though we missed 2/6 days of pool heat, we were still charged for the full week with no consideration of a credit - the TV remotes were all missing batteries - there were no ping pong rackets! This was one of the huge features for my kids and they didn't get to play!

Better Than Expected

We had an amazing time, the home surpassed all our expectations. The family room and kitchen allowed great family nights and the bedrooms allowed lots of privacy and great nights of sleep. The kids loved the pool at the house and the community kiddie water area as well as the Flo Rider. We are definitely booking again next year. Thank You for making this vacation awesome.
