Rick is the best host we have ever had by far! You’re in great hands staying here. The house is large, spacious, all the bedrooms are large with great private baths. Kitchen has all the necessities, including lots of fridge and freezer space. Laundry room is a 10/10! The pool is large and sunny with a really fun slide and the kids loved the slide from the bedroom landing into a fun games room! We all had a wonderful stay!

This house was a fantastic vacation rental for our multifamily reunion. The property was perfect for our group with kids, with plenty of activities and a great pool/spa area to keep everyone busy. Tons of space, bedrooms with en suite baths, and very well-stocked with supplies. The house was immaculate and nicely furnished and decorated. Both the host and the property manager were wonderful to deal with, and communication with them was excellent. This is a top notch home for a large group vacation!

Loved staying at this house! There is so much to do! From the pool to the game room and the basketball court, our group of 4 families (with children ranging in ages from 6-12) had a fantastic time staying at this property! We really loved having the digital guidebook as a quick reference for all house and area related questions. The property manager was super attentive and even provided us with a quick tour of the house so we could easily use all of the amenities and digital household items without issue. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Really fantastic experience from start to end. The host was stellar in communication and his local property manager was very conscientious and professional. The house was great and exactly as described. I was worried about parking but you can park on the streed right across from the house if you have too many cars for the driveway, as we did. Worth noting that the beds are exceptionally comfortable! Also, the pool area is A and the view is lovely. Wonderful stay!

My family truly enjoyed our stay at the home. It provided the space and number of rooms we needed, which made our time together very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully the home was equipped. Everything we needed was readily available, from hand soap and towels to an abundance of utensils, cookware, dishes, cups, and even K-cups for coffee. It made the stay feel welcoming and stress-free.The entertainment options for the children were exceptional. The slide connecting the second floor to the first floor, along with the game room, was a major highlight and an absolute favorite among the children. The indoor and outdoor sound system was also excellent, allowing us to enjoy music together throughout the space. In addition, the upstairs and downstairs outdoor areas, including the furniture, technology, pool, and kitchen, were extremely comfortable and created an inviting environment to relax and enjoy the fresh air. These spaces also provided a peaceful setting to enjoy a cup of coffee, to reflect quietly, and begin the day.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and appreciate the care that was put into creating such a comfortable and family-friendly space. Thank you for providing a home that supported a memorable stay for our family. I highly recommend a stay in this home.

This property was great. Beautiful pool and really fun amenities for all the kids. We enjoyed this house immensely for a large family weekend. There was tons of space and areas to relax. House was clean. Host was very helpful. Will definitely be back!

Loved the house! Super clean, really well stocked with everything we could need. Love the small things like extra box fans and oodles of pool towels. Owner and property manager were literally the best we've ever experienced and this is the 6th house we've rented in the reunion area with many different companies. Everything in the house worked perfectly which you would think should be a given but usually isn't with these types of big houses. Really great house!

We had a really nice time at this property. The house is big, very clean, and perfect for families. Our kids had a great time—there was loads of space for everyone to spread out, and the pool was definitely the highlight. It was large, well-maintained, and a great place to relax or have fun as a group.The house had everything we needed, and the layout made it easy for multiple families to stay comfortably without feeling cramped. It’s also in a convenient location for exploring the area.Would definitely recommend for a family trip or large group getaway. We’d happily return.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property. From the moment we booked, communication was prompt, clear, and friendly. Every question or request we had before and during our stay was handled quickly and professionally.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained and exactly as described, spacious, well-equipped and in a great location.The property manager made sure our stay was comfortable and activities were available. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of comfort, service, and hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free rental experience.

AMAZING!

The house was absolutely amazing! Pictures don’t do it justice. Our favorite part of the house was the pool area! We had no issues whatsoever but communication with property manager was easy and they made sure check in went smoothly and followed up to ensure everything was going good. Very much appreciated the ease and communication! Would highly recommend and return again!

Everything you need at a Really Fun Place!

This home was absolutely for our stay during our daughter's Summit Cheer Competition at ESPN sports. The commute was easy to ESPN, Discovery Cove and to Walt Disney World. The neighborhood was safe and maintained, and the house was perfect! My kids enjoyed the game room that had arcade bowling, air hockey, two batman racing games and pacman. Their favorite thing was the two story slide that started upstairs in the bunk room and ended in the gameroom. SO MUCH FUN! The house was clean and beautiful and had all of the starters such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods etc. The pool was gorgeous and had an awesome waterslide and waterfall that the kids played on all day. The adults enjoyed the hot tub that spilled over into the pool and the sun loungers that sat peacefully in the shallow. Our host was very communicative and responsive and made sure everything was great during our stay. We would 100% recommend this house and plan to stay again!
