FACILITIES INCLUDE RESTAURANT, BAR AND FOUR HEATED SWIMMING POOLS, FISHING DOCK, AND BEACH, PLAYGROUND, BEACH VOLLEYBALL, TENNIS COURT, BASKETBALL, NATURE WALKING PATHS.
CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSES NEARBY.
UNIT SLEEPS 6 COMFORTABLY.
LOCATION IS 10 MINUTES FROM DISNEY, AND GIVES EASY ACCESS TO UNIVERSAL AND OTHER THEME PARKS. SHOPPING MALLS, OUTLETS, AND GREAT DINING.
Due to the Covid crisis we follow the CDC and DBPR sanitization guidelines and also allow a minimum 3 day gap in between rentals.

The condo was listed as a “luxury” condo, however, the paint was peeling and filthy, baseboards were coming off, towels and washcloths had holes in them, laundry closet door was broke and had an inch of dust on slats. To top it off, I don’t think it had been cleaned as we found garbage under beds. I could go on and on. I did contact the owner and he sent over the property manager who apologized, gave us a bottle of wine and a vacuum. She told us she would contact us to see the owners other property on campus but never followed thru. The resort itself definitely needs some minor updates but other than the splash pad for kids, was clean. VRBO and the owner should be ashamed of themselves for this listing!

We had a great time in this beautiful condo. The owner was amazing We arrived early and he accommodated us by letting us check in earlier in the day Thanks for helping to make this a great experience. The resort is perfect for families.

Awesome place to stay

The property provided a relaxing stay for my family. I did have to wash all bedding upon arrival as there were long black hairs on the fitted sheets which made me question the cleanliness of the entire unit. I used Lysol on every surface and my used wipes told me that the unit wasn't properly sanitized before my arrival. Honestly. I never trust that any hotel/home will be as clean as I want it to be so I always come prepared with a cleaning kit. Besides that our stay was magnificent. The location is convention to Walmart and many other shops within 10 minutes. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes that allowed me to cook dinner daily. The pool was directly out our back door and was empty our entire stay. I highly recommend this unit and will be back in the future.

We were more than please with our stay. The property was very spacious and very well equipped.

This property extremely spacious, the kitchen was well equipped with all utensils needed and more. The beds were comfortable. The community was very nice and quiet. I will most definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Tendría que haber puesto una sola estrella en la calificación del anuncio en línea, porque es mucho mejor que lo publicado. Estuvimos muy cómodos en un lugar limpio, seguro y con espacios amplios para nuestra estadía confortable. La comunicación con el manager fue instantánea y soluciono todo lo consultado. Sin dudarlo lo recomendaría para familias que ya conocen y manejan las distancias a los parques. Y seguro repetiría mi estadía en esa propiedad
