Easy, clean and simple

We have stayed in this area before, the traffic is heavy, but for the most part it moves, and it never took more than 20ish minutes to Disney parks, springs, etc. The pool by the condo was great, but you also have access to seven eagles in the Reunion resort which is nice and has a bar/food. Walmart is just down the street, amongst places to eat and a grocery store. We requested early check in and it was easy and quick. Great for a small family, it’s simple and we didn’t need anything fancy. The owner was great.

Spring Break 2025

Very clean and comfortable. Pool and spa nice but broken pipe during stay closed the spa.A bit skimpy on supplied necessities like toilet paper, towels, bedding. We twice did Walmart deliveries for such.Parking and traffic is terrible. We had to intervene twice to prevent getting a ticket for parking in driveway then again in front on the street. Driveway was much too short. Many vehicles in the area were parked over the sidewalk. Traffic adds minutes, sometimes an hour or more to travel time.

Great place to stay

My sister and I stayed at this lovely townhouse while in Orlando. Once we got an understanding of how to operate the main gate and the keyless door lock, everything else was easy. It was just the two of us so we had plenty of room and the whole aesthetic was very nice. My only suggestion would be to put a luggage rack or dresser and a mirror in the yellow room. Other than that it was perfect.

HUGE, BEAUTIFUL Townhome near Orlando

We stayed two nights, and Patricia was a fabulous host. Her place is GORGEOUS. The three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms gave us all the space we could ever need. We will definitely stay here in the future if it is available. It's just outside Orlando, about 20 minutes. FIVE STARS!!

Very lovely place

I would highly recommend this to anyone but especially families. The place is clean, spacious and Patricia made sure to communicate well with us throughout our stay when we had questions. We would definitely book again if we were in the area.

Townhome in Reunion

We will definately book again! We were driving by car from PA for my daughters basketball tournament at the Gaylord. The townhome was approximately 15 min from the resort and Disney Parks. Universal about 30. All due to traffic. The facility was very safe and secure. Very quiet and clean. The master bedroom is huge! There was a Walmart close by, but many good, locally owned restaurants just a few miles away. The owner was very responsive. Definitely worth booking.

All the comforts of home

This is a beautiful fully appointed property with all of the comforts of home. Patricia responded quickly and helped me figure out how to open and lock the front door which I had problems with. Location is in a secure gated community. I would love to rent this property again. My only concern is there is a smell of gas in the kitchen that should be looked into.

(Japanese) 日本からオーランドを訪れ、家族3人で2週間滞在しました。写真の通りの素晴らしいコンドミニアムでした。バスが2つ、トイレが3つあったのがとても便利でした。ダイニングは陽射しが良く入り明るく、キッチンは使いやすくて必要なものは何もかも揃っていました。洗濯機、乾燥機も使いやすかったです。前回オーランドを訪れた際は、ホテルに滞在し、移動はタクシーでしたが、今回はコンドミニアムに滞在し、レンタカーでの移動に変更しましたが、大正解でした。ウォルマートも車で10分以内、各ディズニーパークも20分以内と便利な立地です。オーナーのパトリシアさんもとても親切で、滞在中こまめに連絡をくれたり、質問に答えてくれたりしました。次にオーランドを訪れる際もこちらを利用したいです。 (English) We visited Orlando from Japan and stayed for two weeks with our family of three. The condominium was as wonderful as the photos showed. Having two baths and three toilets was very convenient. The dining area was bright with ample sunlight, and the kitchen was user-friendly with everything we needed. The washing machine and dryer were also easy to use. The last time we visited Orlando, we stayed in a hotel and traveled by taxi. This time, we stayed in the condominium and switched to traveling by rental car, which was a great decision. Walmart was within a 10-minute drive and each Disney park was within 20 minutes, making the location convenient. The owner, Patricia, was very kind, frequently checking in on us during our stay and answering our questions. We would like to stay here again the next time we visit Orlando.

A pleasant stay

Property is exactly as pictured. Nice size townhouse, very clean pool and jacuzzi. Property manager very attentive/responsive. Residents are friendly, and grounds are clean and safe.

Just like the pics!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures and description on VRBO matched perfectly. Quite and nice surroundings. Master bedroom was great and mattress was comfy! Could use a few more kitchen essentials is all. Salt & pepper shakers, and baking sheets (cookie) etc. Patricia was great to work with and the pool area is kept up very nicely. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.
