Great House

This was a great house in a good location. Not far off 192, Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Traffic to Disney World can be heavy, but that's the case anywhere in this area. Plan for 20-30 minutes during peak times to get to the parks if that's where you're headed.House was well appointed and had everything we needed. Furniture was nice and we were all comfortable. The lanai area is fairly small and very close to the neighbors on the left. But the pool was great and we enjoyed watching the wildlife in the pond behind the house. The development was nice and we walked our dogs around a lot. Safe and comfortable. We didn't visit the main pool since we had one at the house - but it looked and sounded like a lot of fun. We always saw kids playing basketball and tennis/pickleball. Great house!

Amazing Home for Families

We had such an amazing week staying in this home. The pool and hot tub were perfect to relax in and play with the kids. The theatre and games room were so cool and such great fun to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the small appliances and utensils we could need. The beds were so comfy and really nicely decorated. Easy 20 min drive to Disney world was perfect!

Amazing home, great stay!

Great home -- very clean, well maintained and lots of space! My family loved the pool and hot tub (the changing color pool lights at night are great!), the themed rooms are neat, the pool table and arcade games were very fun, and the theater room was the best! There are also nice, large TVs everywhere! The house is in a nice resort in an excellent location -- very convenient to stores, restaurants and theme parks. The larger resort pool also is beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Spring Break Getaway

The house was perfect for our vacation! We enjoyed 7 nights / 8 days. We found the location in close proximity to FL touristy activities … we enjoyed the back yard pool to start our day. Ended our days with a soak in the hot tub. A unexpected bonus - the house is close to resort clubhouse and pool. Zane and Ruby were excellent hosts!

Everything was great. The house is awesome. Fun for all ages...and the private pool/jacuzzi is beautiful. Movie theatre, game room, and elegant furnishings...forget 5 star: this is a 6 star. Magical Vacation

My family and I had a fabulous stay at your home. The house was clean upon arrival and the decor was enjoyed by the whole family. The media room is awesome! Being able to relax in the soaking tub after a long day of theme parking is always needed (don’t you just hate it when you stay somewhere without a tub!?). The housing subdivision is nice and quiet away from traffic noises. For the most part the gate staff was also pleasant. 10/10 from my family. We would definitely love to stay here again when we come back!

Great Trip

The home is exactly as listed and better in person than the pictures. We chose the rental for our 1st trip to Disney as a couple mostly because the location is close to everything and a short drive to many beaches on the gulf & Atlantic. Clean, cozy, and lots of area for everyone to have their own space. The theatre room, game area, and pool & hot tub are all great amenities to the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Ruby & Zane are great hosts and quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We didn’t use the community areas but from what we saw they were very nice, well kept facilities. Secure & clean neighborhood. We felt very comfortable & safe. It was a great retreat to relax after long days at the Disney parks. We are already planning to come back in the future with our family.

Stop scrolling! THIS IS IT!

OMG! Look no further! This home is amazing! Just stayed there a week. Stayed September 10th thru September 17th 2022. We had 10 people ranging in all ages. We did Universal and the Magic Kingdom. So close to both parks. If you prefer staying in to eat. The kitchen literally has everything you need. The layout of the house provides privacy to all. No bumping elbows here. The TV room with theatre seating was so cool. Our teenage grandsons camped out in there. Never even slept in a bed. LOL There is a club house and very large pool with waterfalls and a slide. Also has a full service bar and food. All prices were reasonable. This house is just a 2 minute walk from the clubhouse. If you prefer to east out there are many restaurants and bars just a 5 minute drive. And Wal-Mart is close too. Zane and Ruby are more than helpful. Their phone number is included in their listing. I did call them once and they answered right away. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the character themed rooms! Amazing! We have 2 young grand daughters. They literally melted down when they saw the Princess room. The Harry Potter room is to die for. The attention to detail in this room was spot on! So look no further.......THIS IT! Thank you Zane and Ruby!

House Is Awesome

This house has everything you need. Loved the pool, hot tub, arcade games, pool table, and the amazing theater room. The kids loved the Harry Potter bedroom and the Beauty and the Beast bedroom. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space. The hosts are great at communication and really accommodating. Thank you Ruby and Zane for an amazing family vacation!

Disney/Universal Trip

Our family has children ranging in ages from 19-8 and we all wanted to be together for a family vacation before the kids went back to college and the craziness of fall set in. We had such a wonderful time at this property and will definitely book again when traveling to Florida. Zane and Ruby are quick to answer any questions that you may have while you are staying. The best property

The stay was very relaxing. Everything in this vacation was fablous. The pool and the entire house is very clean and mainted. The house is also very big, and perfect for all age ranges. Walmart and restaurants are very close to the house. The game room is the second best part after the pool and the cabinet next to the pool. The owners of the house were in contact with us at all times, and would reply very quickly to our messages. Easy check in process, house was very beautiful and absolutely spotless. We had the best time ever at this amazing property. Hosts were easy to communicate with and everything was just perfect.
