Princesses Assemble Villa es una casa bien equipada de 5 dormitorios y 5 baños. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño creando privacidad y un espacio de ducha muy necesario para que todos estén listos para pasar un día en los parques, campos de golf, ir de compras o simplemente pasar el rato en la piscina.

Disfrute de todo el hermoso sol de Florida con una piscina y spa orientados al sur. El lanai cubierto ofrece algo de sombra para aquellos que necesitan un pequeño respiro de los rayos del sol. El ventilador de techo recién instalado crea una brisa fresca cuando es necesario. La piscina está rodeada de setos que brindan privacidad a las piscinas vecinas.

La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todo lo que necesita para preparar una hermosa comida. El rincón del desayuno tiene una mesa para cuatro personas cerca de una bahía de ventanas. Los electrodomésticos de mostrador incluyen una máquina Kuerig además de la cafetera, tetera, tostadora y licuadora normales. Cocina para renovar en enero de 2020.

Justo después de la cocina hay un comedor con capacidad para 8. Una silla alta se almacena debajo de las escaleras para que los huéspedes la utilicen durante su estadía.

También hay una caja fuerte para guardar documentos importantes, aunque esto puede ser excesivo teniendo en cuenta la seguridad de la comunidad cerrada. Disappointing Stay – Misleading Listing, Unresponsive Host, and Major Issues

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The pool and spa—our top priority—were not functioning properly the entire week. Despite early messages, no inspection or resolution ever occurred. The technician didn’t even check the equipment. Several promised amenities were missing, including the air hockey table. The patio seated only 4, not as shown. Screens and gutters were filthy with pollen. Vegetation was growing through loose bricks, and a foul spa odor lingered daily. The pool alarm was so loud and sensitive it disrupted any chance at relaxing. I submitted 70 photos and tried to work directly with the host, but he was dismissive, unresponsive, and refused to resolve anything. VRBO support said it’s at the host’s discretion. For the price paid, the listing’s condition and the lack of accountability are unacceptable. I cannot recommend this property or this host.

Nice House

We had a great stay at this vacation home! The house was mostly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The kids especially loved the Mickey-themed game room — it kept them entertained for hours! The location was a huge plus — super convenient to both Disney and Universal, which made getting around really easy. Overall, it was a nice spot to relax after long days at the parks.

Amazing experience

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We didn't do too much outside of the resort because the warm pool and hot tub, plus the community pool and courts gave us plenty of places to go. We enjoyed walking in the community as well and there were some cute little parks. Families with littles should check out the castle park!The home was huge, clean, and had everything we wanted. We can't complain about a thing. Thanks Chris for everything you did for us, and providing a wonderful vacation home!

Florida Sun

This was a last minute trip to Florida for sun and warmth after a long winter. The house was clean and super fun with the themed rooms and hidden Mickeys. We enjoyed sitting outside by the pool and walking the neighborhood. Our host was very responsive the couple of times we reached out. While we were not there for Orlando’s attractions, the proximity to all the city has to offer was perfect.

MANAGEMENT DESERVES A TROPHY

Great location with lots of comforts

Our family had a great trip and the kids loved all the amenities the home and resort had to offer. We were close to the attractions as well as any errands or supplies that were needed. The owner was extremely attentive and friendly and provided great tips. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

This is a very nice home for an Orlando vacation. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms so it’s easy for a group of 10 guests to get ready quickly in the morning before heading out to the theme parks. Great property - just as advertised

Our group of 8 (family, all adults) stayed here while visiting a couple of the Disney parks. The property is in a nice neighborhood - safe, and extremely close to all Disney parks. Beds were very comfortable; host was very responsive and made check in a breeze. Highly recommend this place for any family visiting Disney!

Amazing House! Highly Recommend!

This house was referred to me by other friends who stayed there. We rented this house to celebrate a friend's 50th Birthday and Run the Wine & Dine races. We had the best time! The house was fabulous. It had everything we needed and we couldn't have been happier to all have our own king beds. I was thrilled to find a pack and play after our broke upon arrival and our little girl slept like a champ in the princess room. The house was close to the parks, Disney Springs and having a walmart right down the street was ideal. Having our own pool and hot tub to enjoy every evening was the icing on the cake. Chris answered every question immediately and was easy to get in touch with. He was a stellar host and we are looking forward to staying at another one of his Disney properties in January! Disney Vacation

Orlando family stay

The property was as described and when required the property manager was quick to respond to communication. He was also pro active in identifying needs such as providing a drying rack for clothing. The family particularly enjoyed use of the pool and other facilities at the villa. We have stayed at Windsor Hills on a number of occasions which is kept immaculate and secure with its location ideal for Disney.

Wonderful house close to Disney

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious and comfortable house that was located minutes from all the Disney parks and a 20-30 min drive to Universal. It was also located close to several stores and restaurants. The children loved their themed Avengers and Princess rooms, all the bedrooms were comfy and spacious and it helped our group get ready to hit the parks in the morning by having our own bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make coffee or a quick breakfast and we all enjoyed relaxing in both the private pool and hot tub adjacent to the house -- and in the larger community pool, where the kids frolicked in the splash park and enjoyed the big slides. The nearby arcade was also useful when the occasional storm rolled in. We will definitely be back!

5-star Disney Getaway

This is a beautiful, clean and well-appointed house in a safe neighborhood right in the heart of the Disney parks. There is ample room to enjoy inside the house as well as the pool deck/patio. Chris is a top tier host who kept an open line of communication and followed up to make sure our stay was going well. First DisneyWorld vacation

My family and I took our first Disney trip and stayed ay this house and it was so perfect! We have 4 kids ranging from 25-16 and a grandson that is 7 months. This house was absolutely perfect for us. We all had our own bedroom/bathroom and the game room was the best part of the house! The game room is why I even booked the house knowing that the kids would love it. The backyard/pool area was a great way to come back from the parks and just chill and hangout. I cannot express enough how amazing this house is/was and how easy it was to communicate with the owner, not to mention it was SO clean! The neighborhood it's in is beautiful and there is so much to do/eat/shop around the area. We will be back!

Perfect house for our family

We all had a great time. The house was just perfect for our family of 10. King size beds for the adults was a big plus. The kids bed rooms were cute and they loved them. The kids loved the game room. The neighborhood is very nice and the proximity to the parks is great! Shopping and restaurants are close by. The house is close enough to the parks that we could come home to rest in the middle of the day. The owner Chris was very responsive in checking with us and responding to questions. We will definitely stay here again

Perfect Stay

The house was beautiful and just as described. It is located close to Disney World and very convenient. My family loved the pool and hot tub and my 6 yr old great grandson had so much fun finding the hidden Mickey's. The property manager was very easy to work with and was very helpful. I would definitely rent here again.

Bring your own shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper.

This property has great space and great location. However, many basic items we needed to go out and purchase which was inconvenient. The listing on the website states shampoo, body wash, and basic toiletries are included so we did not pack any. I emailed Chris about it, and he said his listing does not mention these to be included. I looked at his website again, and they were listed on every rental. He provides one trash bag, so we had to buy more trash bags. He asks for you to start laundry before you leave, but does not provide laundry detergent. We were given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and then we had to go out and buy some which seemed odd there wasn’t just an extra roll or two. We were doing many Walmart trips for all the things that are usually included in a rental stay. Check out was 10am, but the guidebook asks if you can leave the property before 10am. There was no coffee grounds or basic items like salt & pepper. The showers had black mold in them and they really need a deep cleaning. The shower heads are very old. The lamps in some of the bedrooms did not work. The location of the rental was great, but missing all the basic items and overall condition of the home needs work.

This property was so conveniently located close to both universal and Disney which is exactly what we were looking for. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and clean. The house was in excellent condition as I am a clean person. The property owner was super responsive. I would stay in this exact house again. 10/10 recommend!
