Great stay in College Park

Booked this property for the location in College Park and we were extremely happy with it. Easy access from the interstate and close to where we were meeting friends. One great thing about this property was the kitchen, we've stayed at a lot of rentals and this one has an amazing kitchen with modern appliances and pretty much every kitchen tool we could have needed. As two people that like to cook this was a huge bonus!! Owners were very responsive to all of our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Fit for Bridal Party Staging

Everything was as advertised. Clean and functional. Great neighborhood. Publix is 3 minutes away so easy to stock up. Close to both Winter Park and Downtown Orlando. Host is outstanding with proactive communication. Had all the info I needed before I even had to ask. Responded quickly to my request for an early check in. We used the home as “home base” for the bride and bridesmaids. 8 persons in total. Enough space to allow all the ladies to prep for the wedding. The event was at the Winter Park Events Center, where there is no bridal suite. This was a great solution, just 12 minutes away.

We stayed to see the sites of Orlando on a graduation vacation weekend. We enjoyed the property and the hosts were quick responders. We would definitely recommend the location. Right next to the downtown area for access to those local events.

The townhome is just as it looks in the pictures! Clean and spacious! And very quiet neighborhood! It really felt like home away from home! And the host was very attentive! If you're in the college Park, Orlando Fl area and looking for a place to book I definitely recommend this place!

Neat as a Pin & Relaxing

Ours was just an overnight stay, but how nice to feel so comfortable upon arrival. A bottle of wine awaits you if you’re inclined. Rachel was thorough & complete with instructions from the TV to checking out. Wifi capability was advertised throughout the house. A nice book with dining & activity suggestions & again a walk through of checking out was there for convenience. Our bed was comfortable & large. The master bath was large with a good shower & stocked. We even had our own balcony to sit on & enjoy the lights from a neighbor’s yard. Rachel saw to it the kitchen had coffee or tea to start off your day. I would recommend this comfortable townhome in a quiet neighborhood.

Daughter’s Baby Shower
