Management Needs Improvement
I have been coming to Kissimmee for the past 15 years and this is the first time I have been disappointed with a house. I knew it would be cool so I requested heated pool and use of grill. I paid for this service and upon arrival, pool was ice cold. I even called the day before to make sure the pool heating would be available. This ruin our entire trip as we love to spend lots of time in the pool. Not to mention the maintenance guy said heater was broken and could not be fixed while we were there the next 4 days. It's obvious no one checked the heating unit out prior to our arrival and in fact they didn't even come to turn it on until I emailed that the pool was ice cold. This is unacceptable, especially considering you are paying daily for this service. Management refunded the pool heating fee, but this doesn't give us access to the pool which was the reason we rented a house with a pool. Furthermore, the stairs were broken and one of my guest almost tripped and fell down the stairs. The beds need to have all the mattresses replaced and they are not very comfortable. This house is beautiful and has the potential to be top notch, but better management is definitely needed. I would stay here again if the things I mentioned are fixed.
