Won't stay here again
We have stayed in 10-15 VRBOs. We were very disappointed with our visit from March 27 to April 10, 2025.Solara Resort misleading. The west side of Westside Blvd was very nice and immaculate. However, the east side section of the Solara Resort was never secure, gate always open, crowded street parking, poorly landscaped with weeds in lawns and dying trees and bushes.Executive Villas Florida very poor. Read reviews about them on-line. No coffee pot or working dryer. We called 20 times. Long phone waits without answering. Voice mails and promised return calls not returned. Coffee maker took 4 days to replace. Dryer tech "on his way" on 4rd day but finally came on 8th day.Cleanliness disappointing. Food remains on island chairs and dining room table nasty. Tile floors and counters very dirty. Bathrooms were fine.Beautiful house with lots of issues. Pool and sunroom fantastic with greenbelt in back. Specialty rooms great. Kitchen with lots of plates and glasses but no measuring spoons, pot holders, dishtowels, and only a 10-in skillet. No coffee pot for 4 days. Dryer tech came on 8th day and "fixed" dryer but it was still working poorly. Lock on sliding glass doors broken so house not secure (fixed promptly). Missing TP holder, broken pool cues and holder coming off the wall, broken table in LR, missing drapery rod holder, broken shower head, shower door wouldn't close, leaking filter causing nasty water in the fridge, and a 100 marks on the walls.Won't stay here again.
