Horrible experience
Not fun... The pool is too crowded with rude vacationers. Be sure to come with cash, not your own food & drink. Right at the desk, they'll make sure you purchase price gouged items from them. They check your bags before entry. Ridiculous.
Stayed for four weeks. The gates are horrible. The qr in only works half the time, and the exit gate gets backed up with people trying to leave in the "oasis" area.
I can't understand the purpose of a gated community when they rent out 80%+ of the houses to loud hoodlum partiers every weekend... Yes, I said it; Hoodlums. Every week there's all night and/or day parties somewhere. It echos and reverberates everywhere. At times there were multiple at once. We couldn't even listen to our music at reasonable levels by the house pool because we didn't have a concert size sound system to drown out the obnoxious noise levels around us. We found our rental car ransacked one morning. Luckily, there were no valuables inside, but thank goodness for the security gates that keep an illusion of safety to keep out... Who, exactly? Oh yeah, me... With my daily non-working qr gate pass.
I'm not even going to go into the rented house experience. Shlaped together track homes everywhere. Literal trash all over these grounds. Total gimmick area for nothing more than profit for people with deep pockets. There is no care for these houses. Also; Pay more to heat the tub? Pay to use the grill?... If this is "luxury", I want no part of it.
